Last night, after Donghae left the bar, he went staggering to Sooyeon's house.
Sadly to find no one at home, so he climb over the gate and went into Sooyeon's room.
Staggering into Sooyeon's room, Donghae laid on Sooyeon's bed and shouted,

"IM SORRY!"
"IM REALLY REALLY SORRY!"
"CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME A CHANCE TO APOLOGISE AND MAKE IT UP FOR YOU?" cried Donghae as he buried his face in his hands.

Donghae actually cried the whole night, till he fell asleep on Sooyeon's bed.
The next morning, when he woke up, he decided to go back to the Heaven to look for Jaejong,
assuming he brought Sooyeon&Soojung back since they're all not in Sooyeon's room.

In the Realm of Heaven

"Hey"
"Where's Prince Jaejong or your majesty?" Donghae asked one of the guards when he entered the great hall and was surprised to see no one there.

By right, the King will always be in the great hall to settle matters.
He wont leave the great hall without valid reasons.

"Wae?"
"You dont know about it?"
"It was rumoured that Prince Jaejong&Princess Soojung had found Princess Sooyeon" replied the guard
"And, heard that Princess Sooyeon got injured by Amber and she's sick now"
"The King&Queen had all gone down to Earth to visit Princess Sooyeon"

"WAE?!"
"Princess Sooyeon's sick?!"
"Why didnt she tell me?!" exclaimed Donghae

"Its weird that you dont even know about that" added the guard
"Its like the whole realm of heaven knows about it"
"How could Lee Knight not know about it?"

"Oh okay thanks" finished Donghae as he dashed off.

Sooyeon's Ward

"Sooyeon" called the King&Queen as they held onto Sooyeon
"Dont worry okay?"
"You're just going to be fine"

".."
"Appa..Omma.." cried Sooyeon as she pounded on the King&Queen, giving them a big bear hug.

"Aww.."
"Come on, our Sooyeon" said the King&Queen as they returned her a hug

"Sooyeon unnie!" exclaimed Soojung as she ran in to join the hug.
"I want one too!" giggled Soojung as she hugged them

"Come on, lie back down Sooyeon"
"The doctor's gonna arrive anytime soon" said the King as he laid Sooyeon back down on the bed.

Just then, Donghae was seen rushing into the room.

"Jessica!" shouted Donghae running into the room.
"Jessica!"

"What are you doing here?!" said Jaejong angrily as he stepped in to stop Donghae from going near Sooyeon
"Didnt i tell you to leave her alone?"
"Didnt i tell you that she doesnt want to see you anymore?!"
"Cant you see that she's hurt inside out because of you?!"
"Emotionally&physically?!"

"Let me talk to her"
"Please.." begged Donghae

"No"

"Well, i dont know whats going on with you guys" said the King as he turned towards Jaejong&Donghae
"But since Sooyeon says, she doesnt want to see you"
"I suggest you leave Donghae"

"Your majesty, please let me see her"
"Just let me finish my piece&i'll go" pleaded Donghae

"Oppa.." started Sooyeon softly
"Let him finish.. what he wants to say.."

"You sure Sooyeon?" asked Jaejong worriedly

"Yeah.."
"All of you.. just leave.. the room first.." said Sooyeon

"Okay, Sooyeon if thats what you want"
"But if you dont feel well, call for oppa immediately okay?"

"Okay oppa.."

"We'll wait for you outside, Sooyeon" said the King&Queen as they left the room

"Jess.." said Donghae as he sat down beside Sooyeon but Sooyeon didnt turn to him but just turned her back to him and stayed quiet.
"I know im in the wrong.."
"Im sorry"
"Gyuri was the one who pounded on me with her kiss.."
"I know i shouldnt have returned her the kiss.." said Donghae as tears ran down his face
"Jess.."
"At least say something.."
"Tell me what do you want me to do.?"

Just then Sooyeon turned over to Donghae, with tears flowing down her face.

"What do you.. want me.. to do..?"
"What do you.. what from me..?"
"You took my.. broken&frozen heart.."
"Before you healed it.. for me.."
"You crushed it.."
"My heart hurts so much.. now.." cried Sooyeon
"What do.. you want.. me to say..?"
"TELL ME!!!!!!"
"YOU TELL ME!!" shouted Sooyeon as she clutched her chest in pain

"Jess.."
"Im sorry.."
"But i wont give up, neither will i stop loving you"
"Can you give me a chance..?"
"I know its shameless of me to do that.."
"I really love you.."
"Please.." pleaded Donghae sadly

"Get.Out.Now." said Sooyeon as she's really feeling very uncomfortable

"Jess, please!"

"GET.OUT.NOW!" shouted Sooyeon

Jaejong was then seen rushing into the room towards Donghae.

"Sooyeon said get out!"
"Cant you just listen to her at least if you said you love her?!" shouted Jaejong angrily

"Sooyeon, are you alright?" asked Jaejong worriedly when he saw Sooyeon was clutching her chest in pain

"Oppa, pain.." sobbed Sooyeon

"Soojung!!" called Jaejong
"Go&call the doctor now!!"
"NOW!!"

"Okay oppa!" replied Soojung as she dashed off for the doctor.

"SEE?!"
"HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU'VE DONE?!" yelled Jaejong as he pulled Donghae out of the room.

"I didnt mean it.."
"I.." said Donghae but stopped when the doctor was seen rushing into the room with nurses.

"LOOK?!"
"Isnt Sooyeon pathetic enough?!"
"You still want to make her feel worser?!"

Donghae then realised that what he did was too rash.
He shouldnt have done that, he should have spared a thought for Sooyeon.
But it was too late.
Too late for everything.
Just then, the doctor rushed out of the room.

"Mr&Mrs Jung" started the doctor
"We cant wait any longer"
"We have to operate on Ms.Jung now" announced the doctor as he passed a consent form to the King&Queen.
"Her heartbeat is getting weaker&weaker"
"You must sign it before we can continue" explained the doctor

"Okay, here"
"Please do your best to safe her, doctor" said the King&Queen worriedly as they passed the form over to the doctor.

"We will" replied the doctor and ran back into the room.

Within seconds, Sooyeon was seen being pushed out of the ward with a oxygen mask over her frowned face.

"Jess.." cried Donghae
"Im sorry.."
"Please be well again alright?" said Donghae as he held onto Sooyeon's left hand when they were pushing Sooyeon into the operation theatre

"Sooyeon, appa,omma,oppa&Soojung will be here waiting for you" smiled the King as he held onto Sooyeon's right hand, accompanying her to the operation theatre.

Soon, Sooyeon was in the operation theatre, and the operation theatre's light lighted up,
showing that the surgery is in progress.
Outside the operation theatre, it was silent.
None of them talked, everyone sat outside the operation theatre's bench and waited.
Tears were seen falling out of Donghae's face, while worries were written all over Jaejong,the King&Queen's faces.
Hours, hours&hours passed, the light has yet went off.
Yes, the surgery's gonna take at least a good 12hours but the 12hours made Sooyeon's family&Donghae felt like it was 12 million years.
Out of frustration, Jaejong broke the silence.

"Lee Donghae"
"Why? Why did you do this to my sister?!"
"She was already hurt by my appa&omma"
"When you came in, you seem to like slowly mending her broken heart"
"But when did you crush it into even smaller pieces now?.."
"Im really disappointed in you.." said Jaejong sadly as he looked at Donghae with disappointment

"I know.."
"Im sorry, i didnt know what went into me yesterday.."
"I really love Jessica.." sobbed Donghae
"I dont know how to make it up for her.."

"I dont know about that"
"But i dont think you should do that for now"
"At least let her recover first" advised Jaejong
"I didnt want to hit or shout at you Donghae hyung.."
"But it really hurts me so much to see you hurting my beloved sister"
"My sisters mean a lot to me, both Soojung&Sooyeon"
"I cant bear to see anyone hurt.." explained Jaejong sadly

"I understand.."
"I asked for it.." admitted Donghae sadly

"Appa&omma has decided to bring Sooyeon back to the heaven to recuperate when she finishes her surgery" announced Jaejong

"Wae?"
"But isnt it better for her to recuperate here, hospital?"

"No, we'll buy the required supplies and bring her back"
"We cant afford to let her come into any harm or anything"
"We'll be able to give her better care back home too"

Donghae's POV

If she's back in heaven,
i cant even see her if i want..
Her status..
is so much higher than mine..
But i cant give up on her like this..

"Im just telling you in advance 'cause i hope"
"You can respect Sooyeon as a princess there"
"And not someone you can order around"
"Until Sooyeon accepts you, i hope you dont harrass her" said Jaejong sternly, not wanting Sooyeon to get hurt anymore.

"I understand" replied Donghae sadly

A few more hours later, the operation theatre's light finally went off and the doctor finally came out.

"Doctor, how's my daughter?"

"Well, we cant tell you anything yet"
"The surgery was a success, but you'll have to wait for her to go through the crucial 24hours to see if there are any complications"
"We've replaced her damaged left heart valve with a tissue heart valve"
"It should be good with her as long as she dont tire herself out" explained the doctor

"Okay thanks a lot" thanked Jaejong
"Can we visit her now?"

"Yes, sure"
"But she's not in her ward now, she's in the ICU ward instead"
"We're putting there for the crucial 24 hours to see how things work"
"By the 24 hours when her condition is stabled, we transfer her back to the normal ward"

"Oh, okay"
"Doctor, we wanna discuss with you"
"Can we buy the required medical supplies and bring her home?"
"After the 24hours?"

"Well, its best not to"
"Cause she's still very weak"
"But if you insist, i'll have to allow" said the doctor

"Okay, we'll promise to take good care of her"
"So dont worry" smiled Jaejong

"Okay then"
"I'll get the things ready for you" said the doctor as he walked off

ICU Ward

"Sooyeon.."
"How are you feeling..?" asked the King&Queen softly as they caressed Sooyeon's cheeks

"Kwenchaena.." replied Sooyeon weakly

"Appa&Omma will bring you back home when you leave this ward okay..?" said the King&Queen

Sooyeon just nodded to them and asked for Jaejong.

"Oppa.."
"Where's Donghae..?"
"Is he still here..?" asked Sooyeon weakly

"Why?"
"I thought you didnt want to see him?"
"He's still here, he said he cant give you up" replied Jaejong
"You know, you just had a major heart surgery"
"You shouldnt be talking so much.."

"Can you ask.. Donghae.."
"To come.. in.."

"Why?"
"You should be resting you know.."

"Please.. oppa.."

"Fine.."
"Just 5 minutes okay?"

"Okay.."

Then Jaejong went out to get Donghae into the room.

"Jess.."
"How are you feeling now?" asked Donghae tenderly
"Im sorry i didnt consider your feelings at all"
"I wont pester you anymore, i promise"

"I.. just wanted.. to see.. you.."
"I didnt expect.. you to say.. so much.."

"Jess, i'll be here with you till you return home"
"But i hope to still be your friend first.."
"I wont rush things.."
"I promise, just dont push me away"
"I just hope for your forgiveness"

"You want me.. to forgive you..?"
"I could.. if you are able to this.."

"What? Even if its 10 or 100 things i'll do it"

"I need you.. to mend my heart.."
"Back.. one by one.."
"Piece by piece.."

"Im able to do it"
"If you allow me to" replied Donghae confidently
"I promised there's nothing like what happened to happen again"
"I promise you i'll bring you happiness"

"Dont say.. it too.. early.."
"You wont know.. if you're.. able to.. succeed.."

"Okay, times up!" said Jaejong as he walked into the room and dragged Donghae out

"Sorry Donghae hyung, i only gave her 5 minutes"

"Nevermind, 5 minutes is more than enough"
"I've said what i wanted"
"And i've heard what i wanna hear" said Donghae

Soon, 24 hours passed and Sooyeon's condition had stablised.
It was time for her to go back home, to rest&recuperate there.
Before they left, they thanked the doctor and pushed Sooyeon out of the hospital with all her medical supplies on.

"Oppa.."
"Can i not have.. all these..?"
"Its.. so weird.. going around.. with this.." pleaded Sooyeon

"No!"
"Obviously not!"
"The doctor says you'll need it!" objected Jaejong strongly
"No means no!"
"Dont let me see you taking it out!"
"I'll force it back in!" warned Jaejong sternly

"Yes, Sooyeon dont"
"Appa&omma doesnt allow it too" said the King&Queen gently
"We'll get home soon, as long as we get to a empty space"
"We'll activate the rainbow bridge and we'll be back" informed the King&Queen

In the Realm of Heaven

Sooyeon was being wheeled back to her bedroom, which looked totally the same 8 years ago when she left.
The only thing was, it was still dust free, really clean after 8 years.
Then Jaejong carried her up, laid Sooyeon on her and tucked her in bed while Soojung helped hang the IV bag up&settling the oxygen tank one side.

"Now, go back to sleep okay?"
"Just rest first" instructed Jaejong as he left the room with Soojung

"Sooyeon unnie!"
"Get well soon!" smiled Soojung as she left the room

"Prince Jaejong, can i visit Princess Sooyeon?"

"Obviously not, she just got back and is resting now"
"I'll let you visit her when she wakes up and agree to your visit" informed Jaejong

"Okay.."
"Please really must inform me, Prince Jaejong"
"Princess Sooyeon is really important to me" pleaded Donghae before he left, feeling dejected.

Days went past, Sooyeon was recovering well.
But, she's getting a little sick of resting&sleeping on the bed whole day long.
So she decided to do sneak out of her room without anyone noticing.
Sooyeon then took off the oxygen mask & IV and slowly sneaked out after looking out for the guards and maids that were walking around.
After making sure that its clear, she tiptoed out to the Garden of Fountain that was behind her palace.
It was a really sweet and pretty place, with really fresh air&birds' chirping all around the place.
Sooyeon missed this place a lot, when she was young, she always hang out with Soojung here or sometimes herself when she's feeling down.

Sneaked out for around 10-15 minutes, Sooyeon didnt know the whole palace was turned upside down inside.
Guards&maids were rushing around, looking for her while she just sat there enjoying the cool breeze in the Garden of Fountain.
Just then, Soojung was seen skipping into the Garden of Fountain.

"Unnie unnie!"
"The whole palace is turning upside down because they're all searching for you!" said Soojung as she came over to Sooyeon

"Really?"
"I really missed this place, i just came down to get a breather"
"Oppa's being really mean to unnie"
"He doesnt allow unnie to move around when unnie's fine" said Sooyeon sadly

"Oppa wants unnie to recover fast" smiled Soojung innocently

"I know"
"But im well already"
"Im going back down to Earth to remove my stitches tomorrow" said Sooyeon with a slight smile

"JUNG SOOYEON!" boomed a voice from the back

"Ops, im dead" giggled Sooyeon to Soojung
"Yes oppa..?"

"WHO GAVE YOU THE PERMISSION TO MOVE AROUND?!"
"DID YOU KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN THE PALACE NOW BECAUSE OF YOU?!"
"GET BACK TO YOUR ROOM RIGHT NOW!" scolded Jaejong

"Okay oppa" pouted Sooyeon as she walked back into her room with Jaejong&Soojung with her.

Im so tired of staying in it for so long!
