Later that evening, Sooyeon was home alone.
Lying on her bed, coughing her lungs out.
Thats not all, her nose is like a broken running sniffing and sniffing.
Her was pounding like mad too.
Yes, she is sick, thanks to Donghae.
Who says immortals dont get sick like human does?

Sooyeon's POV

Argh..
If only i could use my fire ability just now..
I wouldnt be in this state..
My head is hurting so badly now..
And i cant stop coughing..
Hell..
Maybe i should try practicing the control of my elements?
Its like some kind of exercise, maybe i'll feel better then..

End of Sooyeon's POV

So instead of lying down on her bed resting,
Sooyeon instead got up and went into the garden wobbily and started practicing her elements.
But it was pointless, her power got as weak as her body.
In the end, Sooyeon just gave up&went back to her room to rest, trying to get some sleep after eating some panadols.
Sadly to say, it didnt help her at all so she literally were awake the whole night due to the headache,coughing fits&blocked nose.
Sooyeon stayed awake till the next morning where she had to wake up&prepare for school.
Sooyeon didnt wanna miss school, she didnt wanna show Donghae how weak she was.
Therefore, she dragged herself out of bed and went into the bathroom to wash up.
Before she left for school, she went to the kitchen and got another pill of panadol down, hoping that it would make her feel better.

In Class

"Hi Jess" said Tiffany as she entered the class room and sat down beside Sooyeon

Sooyeon didnt reply her, as usual.
But just gave her a tired look and went back to sleep.
It was then, Donghae came into the class.

"Hi babe"
"Are you ready to apologise?" teased Donghae

Sooyeon still had her head one the desk, ignoring Donghae.
Being ignored, Donghae felt really irritated and grabbed something from a desk and threw it at Sooyeon's head.
And it made Sooyeon looked up, but only to see Donghae giggling to himself.

"HAHA babe!"
"Why is your face so flushed?"
"Aww.. I know you're blushing right!"
"'Cause there's such a handsome guys sitting right beside you" teased Donghae with a flirty grin

"Oh my gosh Jess"
"You're blushing?!"
"Let me see!" said Tiffany excitedly as she turned Sooyeon's body to her but immediately let go at the first touch of Sooyeon.
"Jess?"
"Why are you so hot?!" asked Tiffany worriedly as she placed her hand over Sooyeon's forehead.

*Coughs coughs*

Sooyeon just took Tiffany's hands off her forehead and went back to sleep.
Tiffany was shocked after feeling for Sooyeon's temperature.

"Jess, go to the hospital"
"You're burning really badly" said Tiffany as she tried to pull Sooyeon up

"No, just let me lie down here"
"Im fine" replied Sooyeon coldly as she took her hand from Tiffany

"Awww.. Babe"
"You're sick? Because of my hotness right?" winked Donghae

*Coughs coughs*

"Donghae, stop it"
"Cant you just stop your childish act?"
"She's sick now yet you still wanna bully her?" scolded Tiffany

"Well, i was just playing around with her" replied Donghae nonchalently
"Chill man, you dont have to be so mad, babe"

"Well, i have to"
"My friend here is feeling miserable and you're not at all concerned"
"Putting concern aside, you shouldnt even "
"I thought you were a nice guys when you first came"
"But i was wrong" said Tiffany with an annoyed look as she sat down on her sat.
"What a jerk" mumbled Tiffany softly

Jess is burning up so badly now..
Her breathing's so heavy..
Her coughing fits sounds painful too..

That time when i held onto her wrist,

During the whole day in school, Sooyeon didnt even move at all.
Even during lunchbreak.
She just laid on the desk the whole day, sleeping her day through.

"You know Jess"
"Sleeping aint gonna help" said Tiffany as she placed a packet of strawberry milk on Sooyeon's desk.

*Coughs coughs*

"Im just tired thats all" replied Sooyeon as she picked up the packet of strawberry milk given by Tiffany
"Thanks Tiff" said Sooyeon as she started drinking the milk.

"Anytime for you"
"I'll send you home today okay?" offered Tiffany with a smile

"Its fine TIff"
"I can go back on my own, dont worry" said Sooyeon as she laid back down on the desk.

"You sure Jess?"

*Coughs coughs*

"Yeah"

"Okay, but if you want me to send you home, dont hesistate to call me" smiled Tiffany as she left the room.

The bell for the end of school finally rang, its finally time for Sooyeon to go home.
After the whole long day of teasing made by Donghae.
While she was walking home from school, Donghae drove his Porsche and sped past Sooyeon,
getting the puddles of rainwater all over Sooyeon.
But Sooyeon has no more energy for all these, even if she wanted to use her fire element to dry&warm herself up,
she's took weak for it. If she forces herself, she might even faint in the streets.

"Hey babe"
"How was that shower?!" teased Donghae as he drove along the pavement where Sooyeon is walking.

Sooyeon ignored Donghae as usual and continued walking, all she wanted now was to get home as soon as possible.
She doesnt have anymore energy to deal with Donghae's childish acts.
In the end, Sooyeon just hailed for a cab and went home.

Sooyeon's Home

As soon as Sooyeon got home, she got herself changed into a dry clean set of clothes and fell back onto the bed.
Sooyeon, was literally shivering in her bed, coughing her lungs out.
She's feeling really sick, and because of that, it made her miss her family even more.

"Appa..Omma.."
"Cold..Pain.." mumbled Sooyeon as she hid under her covers.
"Appa..Omma.."
"Sooyeon misses you all.." sobbed Sooyeon

Whenever Sooyeon's sick in the past, her parents would always take turns and look after her.
But now, no one's there to look after her.
She missed her parents' touch, care&love.
However, Sooyeon thought it would never happen at all.
Sooyeon thought that her parents hated her, but never did she know that the truth was revealed a day after she left.
While reminiscing her parents care that she lost, a sudden urge from her stomach came up.
She dashed for the toilet and started throwing up.

"Gosh.."
"its getting worse"
"Appa..Omma.."
"I really hope that you're by my side now.."
"I know its impossible..But, just let me at least dream about it.." whispered Sooyeon as she cried herself to bed.

Realm of Heaven

"Oppa.."
"Cold..cold.." cried Soojung as she laid in her bed, shivering under her blanket like Sooyeon.

"Soojung, the doctor's coming" informed the worried King&Queen.

Its been a long time since Soojung was sick, and by right,
there isnt any reason for her to be sick all of the sudden.

"Baby Soojung" said the Queen as she brushed Soojung's hair aside
"The doctor's on his way, wait a little while more okay..?"

"Oppa.."
"Come over here.." said Soojung softly as she looked at Jaejong

"Yup Soojung?"
"You shouldnt talk so much, you should just rest"
"We'll know why did you get sick so suddenly later" said Jaejong as he caressed Soojung's cheeks.

"No.."
"Oppa.."
"Sooyeon unnie.."
"Its because of Sooyeon unnie.." said Soojung

"SOOYEON?!" exclaimed the King
"Soojung, how did you know it was Sooyeon?!"
"Tell me, where is Sooyeon now?!"

"Appa.."
"Sooyeon unnie and I.. had some sort of connection.."
"With each other.. I can sense her the pain that she's going through.."
"Sooyeon unnie.. She's feeling a lot more worse than me.."
"Appa, find unnie.." begged Soojung

At the same time, the realm of heaven started raining.
It was rare sight, but it actually also meant something too.
It mean that someone of the royalty who holds the water element is crying.
And who holds the water element in the royalties are only Jaejong&Sooyeon.

"Appa.."
"Sooyeon is crying somewhere else.." started Jaejong softly

"My precious Sooyeon.." cried the Queen
"Tell omma where are you, Sooyeon.."

"Its all my fault, that caused Sooyeon to be like this"
"She must be suffering somewhere else now.."
"Sick without us around.." said the King sadly
"Its all my fault that 'caused Sooyeon to not dare to come back home.." sobbed the King

*Knock knock*

"Sorry to disturb, your majesty"
"I heard Princess Soojung is sick"
"So im here to visit her" said Donghae

"Oh, come on in then" welcomed the King

"Why did Princess Soojung got sick so suddenly?"
"She was fine last night" asked Donghae

"It was because of Sooyeon"
"Sooyeon is sick, thats why Soojung is sick too"
"The both of them kinda have a close connection with each other"
"They can feel each other's pain" explained the King

"Oh"

Donghae's POV

What a coincidence.
Jessica's sick too, from what Tiffany said.
Hmm..
Ah, cannot be.
It cant be that they are sisters.

End of Donghae's POV

"Donghae hyung, is there anyone you know who is sick now, too?" asked Jaejong
"You know, if there is, we can minimise our searching range"

"Ermm.."
"There is one girl, your highness"
"But i doubt she is Princess Sooyeon"
"She has a really cold personality and doesnt talk much" said Donghae
"You all said Princess Sooyeon is a really easy-going person, and talks a lot"
"But this girl whom i know is the total opposite" added Donghae

"Oh.."
"But still, Donghae she might be Sooyeon too"
"Dont leave anything out that might lead us to Sooyeon" instructed the King

"Okay, then i'll go check the girl's background now" replied Donghae as he headed back to Earth.

At Earth, Donghae went home and hacked into the school's records of the students.
And easily found Jessica's data.

Suddenly, the conversation he had with Tiffany appeared in his mind.

Flashback;

"Donghae, stop it"
"Cant you just stop your childish act?"
"She's sick now yet you still wanna bully her?" scolded Tiffany

"Well, i was just playing around with her" replied Donghae nonchalently

"Well, i have to"

To think back, she didnt glared at me or anything today for whatever i've did
And she didnt even leave the classroom for lunchbreak like she usually did
Is it because of what my fangirls did..?
HEY WAIT!
Am i getting guilty or something?
But somehow my heart is telling me to go check up on her or something..
Maybe i should just follow my heart..
Now, where did they say her address was again..?

End of Donghae's POV

After Donghae copied down Sooyeon's address from the school's records that he hacked in,
he then sped off to her house and reached there within 5 minutes.
Sooyeon's house was so neat, simple&..
Quiet..
Everything is so dark, without lights.
The only room that has the lights on was the master bedroom.
So Donghae slowly crept into the master bedroom but was shocked to see the room in a mess.
On the bed, there's this figure under the blanket shivering.
Looking at that, Donghae realised that something wasnt right there.
Donghae then ran over to the bed, only seeing Sooyeon shivering&crying for her mum&dad.
Dont know why but the whole scene melted Donghae's heart,
looking at how much pain she is in,
the frowns that creased her forehead because of how uncomfortable she felt,
made Donghae felt bad for bullying her, landing her in this state.

Without further delay,
Donghae immediately carried Sooyeon up and got into his Porche.

"What.. are.. you doing..?" asked Sooyeon as she woke up and found Donghae driving beside her

*Coughs coughs*

"Im driving you to the hospital" replied Donghae as he stepped onto the accelerator to increase the speed

"I.. dont.. want to.." said Sooyeon as she sat up

*Coughs coughs*

"You cant, your boiling!"
"Did you even know that?!" scolded Donghae as he pushed Sooyeon back down.

"Werent.. you the.. most glad.. to see.. me in this.. state..?!"
"Why did.. you even bother.. to send me.. to the hospital now..?!"
"Since when.. did you cared about.. other people's feelings..?!" asked Sooyeon weakly

*Coughs coughs*

"Since just now!"
"HAPPY?!" admitted Donghae

"Just.. bring me back.. to my home.."
"If.. you dont.. im going to jump.. out of the car.. now.." threatened Sooyeon as she attempted to open the door of the car.

*Coughs coughs*

"YAH!"
"STOP IT!"
"FINE IM DRIVING YOU BACK HOME!" surrendered Donghae as he made a turn and drove Sooyeon back home.

When Donghae reached Sooyeon's home, he carried the unconscious Sooyeon back up to her room and laid her down onto the bed.
He wanted to call for a private doctor when Sooyeon's cries stopped him.

"Appa..Omma.."
"Sooyeon misses you.."
"Sooyeon is in pain.. Appa&Omma, wont you come..&.. visit Sooyeon?" cried Sooyeon

"So.."
"Her Korean name is Sooyeon?.."
"Hmm.. Sooyeon? Isnt it the Princess's name?!"
"Ani, cannot be"
"Sooyeon is a common name, its not surprising to see that her name is also Sooyeon"
"Plus, the Princess knows FIRE,WATER&AIR element"
"She dont know anything, it cant possibly be her" convinced Donghae softly

*Phone call*

"Yoboseyo"

"Ah, is this a private doctor?"

"Ah neh"

"Okay, can you please come over to XXXX now"
"Its pretty urgent"

"Okay can, im coming"

15 minutes later, the door bell rang and Donghae rushed down to get the door.

"Hi, did you call for a doctor?" asked the guy who is standing at the door

"Oh, yes yes"
"Pleae come up to the 2nd floor with me" said Donghae as he led the doctor up to 2nd floor.
"Please take a look at her, her fever seem really high"
"She's getting delirious, mumbling things all the way, crying all the way" explained Donghae

"Okay can, you can go out first while i take a look at her" said the doctor as he ushered Donghae out of the room.

In Sooyeon's room, the doctor went through a few simple checkups with her like taking her blood pressure, blood sugar level&temperature etc.
After done with the tests, the doctor opened the door and let Donghae in.

"How is she Dr.?" asked Donghae worriedly

"Oh, okay"
"Her blood pressure&sugar level is a little below normal"
"But thats nothing much to worry if she eats healthily when she recovers"
"However, her temperature is the one you have to worry"
"Its extremely high, and she's getting dehydrated" explained the doctor
"I suggest you to bring her in 'cause her flu became pneumonia"

"I tried, but she doesnt want to" replied Donghae sadly
"Is there anything you can do to make her feel better?"

"Well, i'll hook her up with 2 bags of IV first"
"But if she still doesnt feel any better, really bring her in even if you have to force"
"And if possible, you can take a ice cold towel and wipe her hands&legs to cool her body temperature down" instructed the doctor as he prepares the IV.

"Okay, sure"
"Thanks a lot Dr."

"No problem" smiled the doctor as inserted the needle into Sooyeon's arm which made her cry.

"Noo.."
"Oppa.. Save Sooyeon, its painful.." cried Sooyeon

"Gosh.."
"Jessica?"
"Its gonna make you feel better, dont cry now"
"Hush hush" comforted Donghae as he held onto Sooyeon's hands until the doctor is done.

"Thank you for your hardwork Dr" thanked Donghae as he sent the doctor off.

After sending the doctor off, Donghae went to the kitchen and grabbed and threw it into a bowl while he poured some cold water into the bowl getting a bowl of ice cold water.
Together with a clean towel, he went up into Sooyeon's room.

"Jessica.."
"Im going wipe you with this cold towel okay.." whispered Donghae softly into Sooyeon's ears
"This might feel uncomfortable for a bit.."
"Im sorry for what i've did.." apologised Donghae before he started wiping Sooyeon's hands,legs&face.

As he twist the cloth in the ice cold water, he shivered at the touched of the coldness of the water.
His heart ached, looking at poor Sooyeon and started wiping one her arms with the cloth.
Just the first arm, Sooyeon started struggling&thrashing around the bed.

"Oppa.."
"Dont..its cold.."
"Sooyeon is cold.." sobbed Sooyeon
"Dont.. Appa..Omma.. dont do this to Sooyeon.." cried Sooyeon

"Im sorry Jessica"
"Im really sorry, i didnt mean to land you in this state" apologised Donghae as he continued to wipe Sooyeon with the cold towel.

"I hate you..oppa.."
"Why make.. Sooyeon in pain.."
"Why.."

After much thrashing&struggling around, Donghae's finally done with it and left the ice cold towel on Sooyeon's forehead.
At first, she took it off right after Donghae put it on but Donghae took it from her hand and pressed it against Sooyeon's forehead,
making Sooyeon cry even more as she was already feeling really bad&miserable, the ice cold towel that touched her boiling hot skin made it worse.
Although Donghae couldnt bear to see her tears, but in order to help lower her temperature down, Donghae had to do it.
Tears fell like raindrops down Sooyeon's face, rain fell like a broken running water tap in the realm of heaven.
 

The next morning, Sooyeon was awoken the strong lightrays that were shinning into her room.
She wanted to sit up but stopped because she got really dizzy.
After lying for awhile, she slowly sat up and took away the towel that was on her forehead.

Sooyeon's POV

Argh..
Why am i so dizzy?..
Why is he doing here?!..

Flashback ;

"What.. are.. you doing..?" asked Sooyeon as she woke up and found Donghae driving beside her

*Coughs coughs*

"Oh, you're up already?" asked Donghae as he stretched himself but stopped immediately after realising what she was doing.
"YAH! STOP IT!"
"THE DOCTOR SAYS YOU NEED THIS!"
"TAKING IT OUT ON YOUR OWN HURT YOU" shouted Donghae angrily as he removed Sooyeon's hand from the IV needle

"Its.. my life.."
"Why do you.. care so much..?"
"You wanted me.. so much.."
"Why didnt you.. just 'devoured' me up.."
"Instead of taking care of me?.." asked Sooyeon

"What kind of person do you take me as?!"
"Im not what you think i am, being a playboy is just something to cover the real me!" confessed Donghae

"Then just go.. find other girls.. to cover the.. real you.."
"Im not the one.. for you.." replied Sooyeon coldly

"What if im starting to love you Jessica?"
"What if i really starting like you?" asked Donghae sincerely
