It was a normal Tuesday for Sophie. She got up, got ready for work, said hello to her roommate Mia then off to go to work. She was working as a manager for a coffee shop. She came in that day with the same workload, some new problems, and the same treatment.

"Hey Soph" someone greeted
"Hey, Gawain. Are you clocking in already?"
"Yeah. It's almost 4"
"Really? Oh wow. I'll guess I'll see you tomorrow" Sophie said, preparing to go home.

She then got a text from Eunhyuk, Mia’s brother. Eunhyuk started living with them 2 months ago, he was supposed to just move in temporarily but after rent prices went up, Sophie just decided to let him stay since they do have a spare room.

Eunhyuk: Hey Soph, I'll be down in a few minutes. You ready to go home?
Sophie: Yup. Already done clocking out. I'll wait for you in the shop. 😊

Eunhyuk is working at the building beside the coffee shop so they go to and from work together almost everyday. Eunhyuk enters the shop, Sophie is waiting behind the counter
"Hey guys" he greeted everyone
"Your boyfriend is here" Gawain says to Sophie, Eunhyuk smiled and shook his head
"How many times do I have to tell you, he's not my boyfriend. '' she says, smacking on the arm before getting her bag and walking to where Eunhyuk is.
"Hey" she greeted
"So, an important question. Do we cook or do we get takeaway?" he asks
"I guess I can cook. There's still something I can whip up from the fridge" she says
"Okay. Mia wanted us to get iced tea on the way" he replied
"Okay. Let's go" she says to Eunhyuk
"Bye guys. See you tomorrow" she says to the people in the shop.

The two strolled down to the nearest mart to get Mia’s iced tea and being Sophie, she got more snacks as well. After they paid, someone walked into the mart and Sophie took a step back. “Oh , it’s Matt,” she whispered. Turning around she tried to sneak into one of the aisles but Eunhyuk saw her and said “Hey, exit is that way” nodding to the door.
Sophie shook her head and crouched down. “Everything okay?“ Eunhyuk whispered.
“Matt is here” she whispered back
“Who’s Matt?” he then whispered but before Sophie could answer his question, someone came walking to the aisle and said
“Sophie? Is that you?” he asked
“Found you!!” Sohpie said, faking to get her phone off the ground then facing Matt
“Matt! Hey… I dropped my phone. Didn’t see you there.”
“You’re still the clumsy weird girl that you are” he said
“Well you know me.” Sophie awkwardly replied.
When Eunhyuk heard what Matt said, he couldn’t stand there and watch. “There you are, baby. I’ve been looking all over for you” he said to Sophie, wrapping his arm on her shoulder.“Oh hey” he greeted Matt. She was a little shocked but decided to play along.
“Yeah, I just wanted to check if I still need to buy soap” she said after scanning the aisle
“We bought soap last week. There should be a bottle left in the bathroom” he said. Matt then cleared his throat “Is this man bothering you?” Eunhyuk asked
“No uhm… This is Matt. He’s my uhm… uh… friend”
“Hey man, Matt” he said, extending a hand
“Eunhyuk. Boyfriend.” he replied, looking at him, ignoring the hand and turning to Sophie
“Do you need anything else?” he asked her, tucking a loose hair behind her ear
“I’m good,” she replied, smiling and blushing a little
“Shall we?” he asked and she nodded, totally speechless “Nice meeting you
