"Jimin, please. We're almost there." Minjeong said as she struggled to support Jimin into her apartment.

Yes, Minjeong brought her to her own apartment. It wasn't like she had any other choice. She tried knocking on Jimin's apartment door but no one was answering. Minjeong also didn't know anyone else to call since she didn't know any of Jimin's friends.

After her failed attempt in getting the raven-haired girl home at her place, the blonde carried her back inside her car. The latter spent a couple of minutes thinking, before she eventually decided to drive them home to her apartment. By that time, Minjeong was already too tired to give Jimin another piggy-back ride, so she settled on placing her arm around the girl's waist, and the other girl's arm over her shoulder.

The blonde struggled to fish her keys out from her purse with one hand while keeping Jimin steady with her other. After the agonizing challenge, Minjeong was finally able to insert the key inside the lock and get them both inside.

Minjeong was dead tired from carrying the other girl, she was sure she was basically dragging her at this point with the way the blonde could hear the other girl's shoes rubbing against the floor with every step she took.

The first thing Minjeong considered was to drop Jimin on the couch once and for all, most especially because she believed that she could collapse herself soon if she kept this up, but a certain thought made her stop in her tracks.

The blonde has dozed off on this couch for as many times as she could've cared to count- whether it was because she fell asleep while watching a show playing on the television, while taking a quick rest from studying, or while playing games on her phone-, and she knew how her body could barely fit in that couch when lying down.

A quick glance at Jimin was all it took for her to confirm her suspicion that she won't be able to fit on the couch, at least not comfortably. Jimin was taller than her, she could only imagine how sore the other girl's body would be the next morning if she let her sleep on the couch overnight. Leaving Minjeong with no other choice, she dragged both of their bodies towards her bedroom.

After she opened the door, she tapped around on the wall to flick the lightswitch on, then, with the last of her strength, carefully laid Jimin on her bed. The blonde let out a huff as she placed her hand on her shoulder, rotating it a few times, trying to stretch her crushed muscles.

She reached over and unclasped Jimin's heels, slowly removing them off her feet. Minjeong walked back outside to place the raven-haired girl's heels near the front door. She headed towards the kitchen next to pour herself a glass of water and downed it quickly. She poured a separate glass of water for Jimin before she went back to her bedroom, in case the other girl wakes up a little later, then placed it on the bedside table.

Minjeong turned her attention back on the girl lying down on her bed. Now finally being able to see Jimin's state clearly, Minjeong couldn't help but feel concerned. She sat on the edge of the bed, her eyes never leaving Jimin as she observed her closer. The raven-haired girl really was knocked out cold.

She frowned.

The blonde stood up and fished her phone out of her pocket. She brought it up against her ear as she took a couple of steps away from her bed, and towards the window. She tapped her foot impatiently while waiting for the other person to answer.

"Hello?"

"Hey."

"Minjeong, I'm sorry I left early. Are you back from driving Jimin home safely?"

"No, Jimin's here in my apartment."

"Huh, why?"

"She was being chased around by a creep in Lia's party, and now she's knocked out cold, Yizhuo." Minjeong pinched the bridge of her nose, trying to compose herself.

"Oh my God. Is she okay??"

"Like I said, knocked out cold. Just what happened back there before you left her? Did you give her too much alcohol?"

"No, I didn't. In fact, the only drink she had was the one you gave her. When I asked her if she wanted more, she said she was fine."

"Did she accept drinks from anyone?"

"There were people who talked to her and asked if they could grab her some drinks, but she always declined, or I would always intercept since we were always together."

"Who was she talking to before you left her?"

"No one. I left her on the very same couch we initially sat on, because she said she was tired roaming around the mansion, and would like to rest her feet for a bit. She said she'd wait for you there. Jimin was okay when I left-"

"Then how come I found her like this?!"

"I... don't know. I'm s-sorry, Minjeong."

The blonde closed her eyes as she gripped the phone tighter, and took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry for taking it out on you, Yizhuo."

"Hey, no offense taken. It's kinda my fault too and I completely understand you being frustrated and mad with me. "

"Still...I'm sorry."

"Have you managed to contact any of her friends or family?"

"I haven't. I've been waiting for someone to call her through her phone." Minjeong sighed.  "Hey, How is aunt Yeri, btw?"

"My mom said aunt Yeri was lucky that the other car hit the back seat instead of the driver's seat, so nothing too serious happened to her."

"That's good to hear, then. How about your siblings?"

"They're fine. They've already eaten, and I've already tucked them both to bed."

Minjeong nodded, completely forgetting that Yizhuo couldn't see her. "Alright then, I shouldn't hold you up any longer as well. You should rest too."

"I will. You too, okay? Take care of Jimin, please, and update me tomorrow about her! Tell her I'm sorry too."

"Alright, I will. Good night, Yizhuo."

The petite girl placed her phone back inside her pocket, before turning around and facing the still motionless girl on her bed. Minjeong already tried to open Jimin's phone earlier to see if she could call anyone in her contact list, but she was ultimately stuck as it needed a pin password. It wasn't one of the latest models where you could just use your thumb to unlock the phone, so she just placed it on the bedside table, hoping that someone would call Jimin's phone- her parents, her friends, anyone- so she could pick up and tell them where the raven-haired girl was right now.

Minjeong moved towards the bed, and stopping to sit at the edge, body tilted to face the sleeping girl.

"I'm sorry, Jimin." The blonde whispered. It was wrong of her to even get angry at Y
