“Princess, Princess, what happened?”

Servants ran to ask when they saw their princess returned from party so early.

“Hik hik…” Princess threw herself to bed, crying loudly.

“Oh my dear princess, what happened?” servants ran to check their princess.

Princess didn’t talk anything yet. She kept crying while looking at the rose sadly.

A moment later, Lord Haram also came in.

“Liahnna, Liahnna!” Lord came to sit on bed next to his crying daughter.

“Why did you run away like this and what happened at the balcony? Did both princes argue?” Lord Haram cluelessly asked.

“Father hik hik why? Why did you do this to me?” Princess Liahnna got up to sit and asked her father without a topic.

“What did I do, Liahnna?” Lord Haram surprisingly asked.

“You agreed with Crown Prince about marrying me?” she went straight to the point. “You promised you give all right to me to choose the partner of my life.” She added then cried out harder. 

“Princess, my dear don’t cry too hard!” servants consoled her.

“I want to choose my partner by myself. Hik hik” Princess Liahnna kept crying, describing her sorrow to her servants.

Lord Haram entered to pat his beloved daughter’s head.

“Liahnna, listen to me! I’ve never broken the promise. Yes Crown Princess confessed he loves you and wants to engage with you but I told him I gave all freedom to you and he has to ask you by himself." Lord Haram told.

"Father, you know he didn't ask me. He announced to Prince V that I'm going to marry him. He is too much. He said a lie." Princess Liahnna replied. 

Lord Haram saw how his daughter looks so heartbroken with it.

“Don’t react too much! Why are you reacting too much like this?” Lord Haram asked after noticed how a bit overreacting his daughter is.

“He told Prince V like that and Prince V got angry so he damaged the party.” Princess answered without realizing how it’s weird for Prince V to damage the whole party just because of that annoument.

“Omg by any chance, does Second Prince also love Princess?” a servant exclaimed.

Princess stunned with servant’s thought.

Lord Haram gave a deep sigh.

“Rest for now! Tomorrow we will go to apologize to Crown Prince. Whatever we did wrong to leave his party at the middle. Alright, right now take rest!” Lord Haram ended the pressured conversation by telling his daughter to take rest. He actually foresaw the trouble is going to happen between two princes and his daughter. 

“Look after my daughter well!” Lord Harm turned to give order to servants then left.

Princess went to stand at window, looking outside. She remembered about an appointment with Prince V at his garden tonight. 

“He must be not there. His highness is angry with me. I wish I could talk with him.” Princess whispered her pain alone while looking at the direction where Prince V's garden located.

Princess sobbed without telling her servants what is she sad about. She stood at the window until very late night. Then she went to bed and continued sobbing until fell asleep.

"Hmm this is worrying me. Princess has never been sad like this."

"Yes she has never cried this much before."

"What is actually happening?"

"My poor sweet princess!"

Servants became so sad to see their precious princess being this sad for the first time. They remained near her so that they can assist her when she needs.

Talking about Prince V, he waited for Princess at his garden, hoping she would come as he has prepared something special for her. But at the same time, he found out it's wrong to have a night date with his future sister-in-law like this. The more he waited, the more heart break he got. 

At the end, his waiting was a waste. Princess didn't come. Prince sadly lured himself to sleep on the hard ground, looking up the stars inside his garden alone.

"Liahnna, you broke my heart." -Prince V-

NEXT DAY

Lord Haram and Princess Liahnna were invited to have breakfast with Crown Prince. There, Princess bravely rejected the marriage.

"Please forgive me but I can't marry you, your highness! Please find other girl!" Princess rejected without a little hesitation.

Crown Prince slammed his palm on table strongly.

"Liahnna, how dare you reject me! You're hurting my pride." Crown Prince yelled.

Lord Haram remained silent. He didn't enter the conversation. He gave all freedom to his daughter to talk thing out by herself.

Princess Liahnna got scared but she didn't bend down. She really doesn't need that marriage.

"I can't. I'm sorry. I respect you as Crown Prince and this kingdom's future king. I never think of marrying you." Princess gave a sharp reply.

Crown Prince hit the table again then stood up. He stared at princess like he wants to eat her alive. Princess didn't care. She just bowed down, showing respect to him.

Crown Prince turned to stare at Lord Haram instead.

"Lord Haram, look at your daughter!" Crown Prince madly told Lord Haram.

Lord Haram quickly stood up then bowed.

"I'm sorry, your highness. But I've promised with her to give all freedom for her to choose the man she would spend her life with." Lord Haram answered straight forward.

Crown Prince became angrier. He used his superpower to break the dining table then flew fast to squeeze Lord Haram's neck.

"Ahhh, Crown... Prince..." Lord Haram struggled to speak up.

Princess Liahnna became panic. She ran to help her farther.

"Crown Prince, please let go of my father. Give punishment to me if you want." Princess tried to release Crown Prince's hand from squeezing her father.

But Crown Prince is too powerful that her tiny arms would work anything.

Lord Haram threw up blood because of merciless squeeze by Crown Prince.

"Hik hik... Father!... Crown Prince, please stop!" Poor princess kept fighting to help her father.

After a moment, Crown Prince released Lord Haram's neck and pushed him to fall on the floor.

Princess rushed to carry her sick father.

"Hik hik Father! Are you okay?" she cried while holding her bleeding father on the floor.

"Liahnna... My daughter... Liahnna!" Lord Haram became weaker and weaker.
