"No, don't hurt him! No! Nooooooo!" Riia woke up after another repeated nightmare. 

Riia woke up at dawn again and it has been like 3 years already that she has the same dream about some kind of bird, crying in pain miserably. 

She got off from bed and went to wash her face at bathroom. She gave a deep sigh to herself while looking into the mirror. 

"What is that thing? Is it a bird? But it can speak... It's a male... He... He seems like he needs help. He needs help." 

Riia sobbed without knowing why she should. The painful voice of that strange bird shook her heart sharply.

After sobbing for a while in front of the mirror, she went back to her bedroom but not going back to bed. She went to sit on her study desk. She took out a paper and pencil to draw that strange bird. 

With full attention focus and feeling, she drew almost exactly the same with the figure she saw in the dream. After drawing, she kept it neatly inside her bag to bring it with her to school today.

Riia is a young and ordinary university girl at her last year at Seoul University. She is going to graduate in a few months. 

Today, she decided to ask her friends about the strange creature on her drawing but without telling why or how she saw this bird. 

None of her friends have idea about this weird creature instead they all showed negative reaction to see the scary creature. They wouldn't want to see it for second time and told Riia to keep it away from them.

Riia hopelessly held the the drawing and went to sit inside the library alone. She was laying her head on table while watching her drawing during her lunch break. 

That moment..... 

"Hi, Riia!" a professor came to her. 

"Professor Bang, good afternoon!" she quickly stood up and gave a bow to her historical professor.

Professor Bang gave a slight nod with a smile. "You can sit back."

Riia sat down then Professor sat at the opposite side too. 

Professor Bang suddenly noticed her drawing. 

"What are you holding? A drawing?" he asked and tried to look at it fully. 

"Ahhh it's... Well... Nothing ... I drew it for fun." she replied then was putting it back into her bag. 

"Black Swan?" Professor Bang suddenly exclaimed. 

Riia quickly turned to look at her professor. 

"Black Swan? This strange bird is called black swan?" she became panic, asking. 

Professor Bang took the drawing from her and looked at it carefully. 

"Black Swan... The Black Swan Prince... It looks like what my great-grandfather told me. He told me a tale about a black swan prince who has been cursed for many hundreds years for committing a big mistake." the old professor was shocked to see the drawing which was so alike of what his dead great-grandfather has told him since he was little. 

Riia became more panic to see her professor's reaction.

"What is that tale about?" she asked.

Professor looked at her without saying anything for a while. 

"Professor? Can you tell me?" she asked again to snap her professor out of his thought. 

The professor came back to himself. 

"Riia, how did you know about this swan? Have you ever seen him?" professor Bang weirdly asked. 

Riia waved her head... "No, I've never met him... I keep dreaming about him for like 3 years already for every night. First I didn't think about it much but lately I feel so much pain whenever I wake up. He keeps screaming out pain. He keeps saying he is hurt. He's hot. He sounds so pitiful and I sometimes cry... Wait, him? How could you know it's a man?" she caught another interesting coincidence of her professor. 

"So the tale might be true..." Professor Bang murmured with his small voice. 

Riia frowned as she could hear it. 

"Wait, can you tell me about that tale?" she insisted. She couldn't stand, hearing her professor's unclear words. 

Professor Bang patted on Riia's shoulder. "Time will tell you. Maybe you're that one person." he just added more curiousness to her then left. 

"Wait! Professor Bang, why can't you tell me about that tale? Professor!!!" Riia tried calling her weird professor but he just left her like that. 

Riia sighed disappointingly. She held the drawing and gave another focus on looking at it. 

A moment later, she came up with an idea. She sat down and opened her laptop. 

She went to google and did a research.
