One month has passed. But the girl is still not coming.

Not only at the cafe but I haven't seen her in the subway anymore.

One day, when the time to close the shop

It was my turn today to clean up the coffee machine. As I was about to discard the compartment, the door to the shop suddenly opened, echoing a tingle from the bell hung on top of it.

"Sorry, we have closed the shop for-" I turned around to the cashier counter but suddenly the person in front of me got stiff.

It's her... It’s her!

But she looked different. There are no round glasses, her hair is no longer black but its brunette now. Wow, she has changed a lot in one month.

She's become more beautiful...

I gulped at my own thoughts.

"I'm so sorry. The sign still shows open so I thought it was still open" She apologized.

Her soft voice woke me from my dream "O-Oh I forgot to change the sign" Damn, my voice trembles. I'm so nervous! This is the first time I got to see her so close.

"It's fine." I noticed the sad tone in her voice. She slightly bowed to me and was about to leave when I said to her "B-but y-you still can order your drink!-"

She turned around and looked at me.

"I-I mean I-I still not clean up the coffee machine yet so it's fine to take your order" I explained

"Can I really?"

"Y-yes..." I gulped my saliva. Oh god, my heart won't stop beating faster.

She let out a smile and said "Thank you"

It's different.

Her smile is different. It's not the happy smile I have often seen but,

All I can see on her face is a sad smile.

Why?..

I placed the cup on the machine and pressed the button, letting the coffee drip into the cup. My eyes were on the coffee but my finger unconsciously tapped on the counter as I racked my brain to find proper words to say to her.

Should I say something? Or maybe just keep my mouth shut?

But she is here! Right behind me now! Are you gonna let this chance go just like that?!

"Here is your drink, Miss" I place the drink on the kitchen counter.

I wanna talk but all I did was frozen in my spot. She took her drink thanking me and bowed politely before she turned around pulling her luggage to exit the shop.

Luggage? Wait a minute, she has luggage with her???

"W-wait-" I was too late, she exited the shop already.
