Suzy Pov 

When we left the restaurant my mind was all over the place, I couldn’t think about anything the only thing that was left on my mind was Rosé’s face as she found out that Jang-Mi was her daughter as well. 

“Where here Suzy…. Hey are you okay you don’t seem fine” Hyeri said quietly since Jang-Mi had fallen asleep 

“Umm yes, I’m fine just a little tire don’t worry ill just sleep it off,” I said hoping she won’t suspect the change of my voice 

“I don’t think you are, and back there with Chaeyoung what was that, you guys were practically screaming at each other. I don’t believe that lie that she wanted to know her clothing size Chaeyoung isn’t like that unless she knows the person… What’s really going on?” she asked and I don’t think I can lie to her anymore 

“We can’t do this here Jang-Mi is sleeping and she might wake up and hear us, let’s head inside Minho is still not home, I’ll tell you everything inside,” I said as I was grabbing Jang-Mi from the car

Once inside I left to go put Jang-Mi in her room, I put her on her bed and kissed her on her forehead. I headed where Hyeri was and got ready to tell her everything that happened 5 years ago. 

“Do you want anything to drink?” I said she’s going to need it after hearing all this 

“No, I’m fine.” 

“Okay so Umm, where do I start….” “How about where do you know Rosé.?” she said 

“We meet 5 years ago we were both on the same plane going to Paris, I had accidentally bumped into her, I hadn’t realized it was her until we got seated together. After I had apologized we became somewhat friends,” I said 

“How come you guys didn’t stay friends,” she asked me 

“I ed it up by asking her to be friends with benefits that one week we were both in Paris. At that time I was on a break with Minho and she wanted to forget someone, we both wanted it, but then I started to developed feelings for her. When it was time to leave we both decided to leave everything in Paris which was for the best.” I told her 

As I told her my chest felt much lighter, I was holding on to the point where I was suffocating. I’m glad I am letting it all out to my best friend. I’m watching her as she is taking in everything I have told her. 

“Wait, Chaeyoung and You… so the dating rumors were true, you guys somewhat were together…. Wow, my two best friends had and I never knew, and you were also the inspiration to her break up songs especially gone” she said still shocked

“Wait but how come she wanted to talk to you I mean you guys aren’t friends anymore, and both of you left everything in the past,” she told me 

“I got pregnant with Jang-Mi during that week, I didn’t tell her because I was afraid everything she worked for was going to go to waste. I only knew her for a week, but I knew she had a pure heart, and if I told her she was going to quit everything to take care of Jang-Mi.” 

“And know that she knows I’m afraid she’s going to try and take her away from me and I can’t take that, Jang-Mi is my world,” I said as tears started streaming down my face 

The next thing I know Hyeri is beside me rubbing my back and telling me that that’s never going to happen, but how can I be sure that she won’t take my child away from me. 

“Hey look Chaeyoung would never do that, the only thing she’s probably going to do is fight for joint custody. She has the rights, Jang-Mi is her daughter… how did I not see  the resemblance between the two.” I heard her say 

“I’m sorry Hyeri that I didn’t tell you about it for five years I was afraid that you would look at me differently,” I told her while wiping the remaining tears 

“Look Suzy I forgive you but, I’m just a little disappointed that you didn’t tell Chaeyoung about her. She missed five years of her daughter’s life, just promise me that you are going to talk to her and resolve this peacefully,” she said seriously 

“I promise ill talk to her,” I said 

“Okay good… this is too much to take in one night, I need to rest I’m going to one of your guest room, ill see you in the morning,” she said leaving me alone with my thoughts 

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn’t hear Minho come in. 

“How long have you been standing there.?” 

“Not long… why is Hyeri’s car here.?” he asked me sounding bitter which I choose to ignore knowing he’s been working non-stop for a drama 

“We were talking and didn’t realize the time and she decided to stay overnight,” I said 

“Oh okay, we need to talk,” he said with a serious tone which he rarely uses 

“What is it.?” I asked 

“our company wants us to come out and introduce Jang-Mi to the world… they say it’s time for people to know that we are a family. They want us to do a cover magazine and I already said yes ” He said
