This fanfic tells you about a girl who from her 5^th year lived with her foster mum who lived just 34 steps away from the portal leading to the other world, Nightingale.

Nightingale is known as a dangerous place to the Earth's living things. Lucky for Kim Min-Jung, the girl, that she is saved before she got to the other side of the portal. The air there can suffocate Earth's living things. Even the plants. 

Min-Jung lived to be a cheerful and helpful girl. She is kind to every living thing in Earth. She has a pet cat called Leaf because of his green eyes. She took care of him well. Suddenly, one day, Leaf is missing. She waited worridly for him. Weeks pass by, he never came back(like my cat Ipuss De Matisse. =( ).

What happened to Leaf? Will she ever find him?

One day, she was lured to the portal because she dreamed Leaf was hurt there. When she got there there was no sign of Leaf. Then she hear the rustle of leafs. She was creeped out. For a second she remembered her foster mum's warning to not go near the portal. Creatures from the other side can be lurking around. That's why her house was covered in ivy and in the shape of a tree trunk. When they want to go to town, they went through the underground tunnel where nobody knew about it.

What is the cause of the rustle of the leaves? Is something or even, someone lurking around, waiting to pounce on her?
