That summer before their senior year when Chorong found out Jeong Eunji registered to be the camp counselor at the summer camp she volunteered to, she made a mental note to avoid her the best she possibly could. It’s not like she knows Eunji that much but she does know that Eunji’s best friends with Hayoung and Bomi and she knows all about their not-so-good reputation, so she thought how could Eunji possibly be any different. And so Chorong decides that she really has no interest in associating herself with people like that.

Avoiding a person when you’re going to spend 10 weeks in the same compound together is already something hard to do what more when Chorong was appointed to lead Cabin Apollo together with none other than Jeong Eunji? She just know she’s not gonna have so much of a great time over summer. Trying to avoid someone when you both are partners aren’t going to be something easy to do.

Chorong was unpacking her bag when someone came and sat on her bed. “Park Chorong, right? l’m pretty sure we go to the same school.” When Chorong turn to look at the owner of the voice, she saw Jeong Eunji, with a big smile that could possibly make the Sun jobless. Before she could say anything, Eunji introduce herself and hold out her hand to Chorong. Chorong nods and shake Eunji’s hand for a solid one second before letting go. “So we’ll be partner. Can I have the upper bed please?” Eunji ask with a sincere smile and it makes Chorong’s stomach churn at the sight. Chorong just shrug her shoulder before mumbling a slow “sure”. Eunji left again after saying her thanks to Chorong and she was left alone once again. 

If she wasn’t before, she’s now perfectly sure that summer is going to be hard. Because her partner is Jeong Eunji and she is cute.

What was she even thinking? Jeong Eunji is a bad news. She hangs out with the whole school and have almost the whole school swooning over her. At this point Chorong bet she had dated almost half of the school, not that she knows all about Eunji but looking at how ‘friendly’ she is, she must’ve dated a lot. Another reason to add up for Chorong’s non-affection towards Eunji is her almost flawless grades. Jeong Eunji is the baseball team star player and their school’s baseball team has been winning the championship across the state ever since Eunji joined the team
