Saturday night at a local bar, Joohyun just wanted to take her mind off a bit. She even turn off her phone, just in case her manager call. She was given a Night off which she took happily. Tomorrow, she'll be back again for being Ms.Perfect. 

she should be enjoying her time tonight not being pisse-

“I assume it’s a yes?” the blonde girl said with a cocky smile on her face.

she didn’t know why is she even here in the first place. She just wanted to have fun, just once. 

“Confident, aren’t we? don’t you know me?” she expect her to back off from the tone of her voice but what the blonde says next surprised her.

“Of course I know the great Bae Joohyun! your face is literally everywhere. I’m surprised you’re at a place like this” the blonde then titled her head while looking at Joohyun, questioning her existence on why she’s here at a local bar and not some High-class bar.

A woman in her 20’s that is well-known in the Model industry. But this wasn’t her dream, she wanted to be an Idol but the agency said “I think modeling suits you the most, you got the face that will make them beg for you to be their model” and she did become one. From shoes to dog foods, Clothes to cars. Her face is everywhere.

Everyone knows her, admires her.

She hated it, she didn’t want this but she has no choice. She buried her desires on being a singer this is her life now. This is what the people wanted her to be.

“It’s none of your business if I’m here, get lost” She hissed and left the blonde who still has that stupid smile plastered on her face.

“My name is Seungwan! and my mother said that always go for what you like and don’t wait for someone to do it for you! so, can I buy you I drink Ms. Bae??” Joohyun just ignored her rambling

she went to get a drink still pissed at the blonde, the girl been pestering her ever since she got here. She’s been thinking of going home since there’s no point of unwinding if her mood is salty like the ocean. Her thoughts about the said blonde was interrupted when the host spoke

“Good evening folks! I know you guys are excited because tonight we got a special guest and I know you know who it is...Who doesn’t know her anyway?” 

“who doesn’t know her anyway?” a bitter laugh escape at Joohyun’s mouth

the crowd cheered, majority of it came from girls who squealed. That got Joohyun interested, who could be the guest that the girls would react like this

“Let’s welcome..Wendy!”

Wendy never wanted to be a Singer, she wanted to be a Doctor. But of course, life doesn’t give you everything you want. Wendy’s parents business went bankrupt, her being the only child she gave up her dreams being a doctor and went on doing gigs. She became popular on the streets then one day an Agency called her and wanted her to work for them, they offered her twice as much as she got from doing gigs alone. She needed the money so she said yes.

Dreams long forgotten, this is what she wants now and she loves her Job. Sometimes she thinks that maybe Her parents business going bankrupt was a blessing because maybe she wouldn’t know that she was made to sing.

Joohyun chokes on her drink when she saw who’s the so-called guest.

it’s the blonde earlier! what the hell?!

“Good evening everyone! feels good to be back here in Korea again. Some of you might wonder why am I here, my friend owns this bar and I couldn’t say no..I might see myself on the news paper the next day saying WENDY declined to sing at her friend's bar, isn't that rude?” Wendy said, she paid no attention to the people laughing at her attempt joke, she scans her eyes to the crowd looking for someone.

So, she sings? Joohyun thought as she rolls her eyes as she locked eyes with the said blonde

“kidding aside, the first song I’ll sing for tonight is ‘She’s A God’ If you know then...sing along” a smile spread out to her face ‘This is for you’ she mouthed and points at where Joohyun was. Good thing the crowd didn’t payed any attention to it.

“Her voice doesn’t even fit with the song” Joohyun said to herself

She looks her best with her hair like, everywhere (Everywhere)
And it comes to me in a moment of clarity

Wendy’s eyes never left Joohyun as she proceeds to sing the chorus

Wendy sings like there’s no tomorrow, she pours her heart at every note she sings. Then, there’s Joohyun looking uninterested.

Joohyun thought she could do better than the said singer Wendy. She quickly shakes her head now is not the time to think of negative thoughts, right now she needs go to home. 

“Excuse me, do you know where the beautiful girl went?” the bartender shook his head at wendy, of course he wouldn’t know who is she talking about since there’s a lot of costumer tonight.

But with that face? come on Wendy sigh in defeat of finding Joohyun and decides to enjoy her night.

meanwhile, Joohyun at home looking at her Laptop typing the words on the search bar

‘Who the is Wendy and how come I don’t know her?’

After looking to several articles of Wendy or Son Seungwan. Joohyun decided that its enough snooping and just sleep it off. But she can’t, not when she’s curious on how the blonde approached her,come on? She’s Bae Joohyun for God sake

“Everyone is afraid of me except you” she quickly dismissed that thought along with the blonde smiling face
