Major Characters::

Yoo Si-jin

• Yoo Si-jin is an athlete, a basketball player. He also skates from time to time. Also a renowned heartthrob on the school campus, he manages to let the girls swoon over him. But he doesn't take interest in them.
• He has a twin sister named Yoo Myeong-joo, a volleyball MVP in school. They're in the same class and section. The twins have more differences than similarities, but when they bicker, pray for your being.
• His heart only belongs and will only belong to the girl who has captured his heart since he first met her, Kang Mo-yeon. She was his ultimate crush ever since, even though she wasn't aware of the fact. One day, he'll gather up courage to tell her himself.
• With utmost courage, he always wanted to be a soldier. He wanted to protect others and his country; and his dream also marched with his motto in life: to protect the elderly, the beauties, and the children. 

Kang Mo-yeon

• Kang Mo-yeon is a pretty, hardworking, and witty girl. Everyone adores her for her effortless charm and wit, especially the boys. But she doesn't give them a single piece of her mind. She's too focused on her studies and her eomma that her responsibilities as a daughter weighs greater than others.
• Her best friend is Yoo Myeong-joo, and Seo Dae-young's her cousin. Yoo Si-jin treats her like a best friend (if that includes swooning and shooting glares at her fanboys) and as well, as a girl who needs to be protected (he's very into nagging, seriously.)
• She has no clue about her mother's sickness. Her father passed away when she was a baby, and she has no memory of him either. All she knew is that he was a surgeon.
• She swore that someday she'll be a doctor herself, a surgeon too.

Yoo Myeong-joo

• Yoo Myeong-joo is your everyday sporty girl. She's also very pretty and smart, with her jokes. But she's also really fierce at times, which makes her intimidating. Boys go away whenever she gives them her stare, a stare that makes everyone scatter and fear her.
• She has a twin brother named Yoo Si-jin. Both of them are famous athletes in school, along with Dae-young. Speaking of Dae-young, she liked him. Even though he was always grumpy and awkward, there was something about him that made her feel loved. Maybe it was destiny?
• She also dreams to be a doctor like Mo-yeon someday. They both swore to become talented in their field— as well as their friendship to be never broken.
• Her and Si-jin's relationship with their father is rough. Their father never did care about them, only their mother did. But eventually, after a car accident, their mother passed away, leaving them with their awful father. The two of them ran away, and after that, they never heard a word from their dad.

Seo Dae-young

• Seo Dae-young is your normal sporty, edgy, and mysterious type of guy. He doesn't care about school unless it was sports. You see, sports is his life. He won countless awards in basketball, soccer, judo, and taekwondo, and that's what makes his mother proud of him.
• His father dislikes him. He never loved him, only called him a distraction and a disappointment. To his eyes, he was useless. And pathetic. That made his nerves rattled and eventually started a life of his own.
• He's interested in Yoo Myeong-joo, his best friend's twin sister. The problem is, he was awkward and he also didn't know how to date. Probably with Si-jin and Mo-yeon's help, everything would be okay?
• After hearing Si-jin's sentiments and dreams about being a soldier, he decided to support him and to be a soldier as well. He liked the idea of fighting for their country and protecting his loved ones. Maybe it was his sworn duty.
