Said Seo Dae-young, who snickered at the sight.

Here was his best friend, in the library, standing near behind bookshelves, and staring at the tiny space between two separated books.

Dae-young knew what he was doing.

Si-jin immediately straightened his posture and jumped at the sight of his super stealthy best friend, who has been shooting smug looks at him ever since. He cleared his throat and awkwardly acted cool, saying, 

"What do you mean what am I doing?“ He chuckled nervously. “I’m not doing anything.“ Si-jin gasped, covering his hand over his mouth. “Ommo!“ He patted Dae-young’s cheek.

“Are you already blind, Seo Dae-young! Aigoo~ too bad. How would my twin Myeong-joo notice you if-“

His sentence was cut by Dae-young, who immediately clamped his mouth on Si-jin’s, his eyes pleading him to just stop talking. His best friend’s muffled cries were still heard, and Dae-young knew they were apparently both dead. Dead idiots.

Because staring in front of the tiny space between the books that was behind them was Yoo Myeong-joo, looking egoistic as ever. After a few moments, Si-jin seemed to understand the situation (much to Dae-young’s relief) and after Dae-young’s hand moved over to wipe his palm on his own shirt, he smiled sheepishly.

Mo-yeon furrowed her eyebrows in curiosity as was left open, gaping at the scene. She just arrived from her shift in the library, tired and feeling exhausted as usual.
