It was raining that day when Tiffany decided to leave Taeyeon for good

Taeyeon didn’t even cry. She just gulped and decided to leave it to the clouds to do the crying for her.

4 years had passed ever since that day. 

Kim Taeyeon, a successful architect and a mother of Zero, sighed wistfully. Today is her birthday.

Taeyeon let out a deep breath after throwing her phone on the couch.  It has been 4 years since Tiffany left her and no amount of pain could ever replace that. Her phone beeped ringing a particular tone that only belonged to one person and even though four years had passed, she still couldn’t stop herself from ignoring her.

The older woman gulped. Closing her eyes before closing the messaging app. She knew deep inside that she couldn’t say no to Tiffany. Last year, the only birthday party that she missed from her, she came even though she said that she wouldn’t come (with an excuse that she was out of town) but in reality, she came, but she only remained outside, holding the gift that she picked on Tiffany and co. Tiffany’s favorite jewellery shop. She couldn’t come inside though, because seeing Tiffany again would bring out unwanted memories that she wanted to forget.

Taeyeon slowly walked to her bedroom to wear an oversized white shirt, tucked in a denim jeans, and a black overcoat. She doesn’t want to come but maybe she could survive this night. It’s only once a year and she did skip last year where Tiffany decided to introduce her
