Camp Out
In Love With A Giant
Early in the morning...
"Wake up dear, wake up! We're going on a trip!" mom shouted at me and pulled out my blanket
"Waeyo? It's too early .. just give me 5 more minutes"
"Aiishhh this kid, We'll leave you alone then" she threatened
"Okay okay, I'll get up!" you said as you rushed into the bathroom and did your daily routine
Half an hour passed..
"hurry up! We have to be there before the sun sets down"
"I'm almost done just wait for a second"
You ran downstairs seeing your mom and dad already packed up. Now that all of you are prepared, your dad started the engine of the car and drove off.
"Omma, where are we going anyway?" you asked
"We're going to camp out" she said excitedly
"Camp out? but it's winter!"
"Stop whining, we prepared a lot of things so you don't have to worry getting cold"
"Why does it have to be this early?"
"Like I said awhile ago, we have to be there before the sun sets or else.. "
"Or else what?" you asked
"We won't be able to set up our tent and cook as well"
"But for how long are we going to camp out?"
"About a week" she chuckled
"Seriously?!" you shouted
"Come on, it's a family bonding so don't ruin it"
"Just listen to your mother
"Arasseo" you sighed
"You must sleep, it will take hours until we got there" she said as she gave me a very warm smile
As your father was driving, you drifted off to a deep sleep..
4 hours already passed, you woke up seeing that the car was parked up.You realized that your mom and dad just went to buy something. Minutes later, you feel like you wanted to go to the bathroom, so you decided to send a text to your mom saying that you'll go to the restroom for awhile.
You stepped into the bathroom seeing 2 middle-aged woman chatting together while putting on some make-up. After you peed, as you washed your hands, you kinda overheard the conversation of the 2 ahjummas.
"Yah, have you heard the story in the Daejun Mountains?" the woman asked her friend
"What about it?"
"I've hearing some news that there's something strange in the place" she said
"Jinja? what makes it strange then?"
"As far as I know, there's a weird boy who leaves there"
"Aisshh, what a stupid story.. just a boy?"
"It's not what you think, he's a monster!"
You were shocked after hearing the woman's words so you immediately went back to the car and sat down calmly..
"W-w-what if we're actually going there?" you said to yourself and ruffled your hair because of nervousness
Minutes later, your mom and dad finally arrived with a lot of plastics in their hands full of foods. By the time that your dad started to drive again, you were staring at the windows seeing the places that passes by as your dad was driving. Your eyes widened when a sign saying "Welcome to Daejun Mountains" passed by.
