Minnie’s eyes crack open at the sound of… something that sounds like a wall cracking?

She yawns, blinking slowly. For a moment, she forgets where she is.

But when she feels a bundle of warmth huddled against her chest, she remembers the events of last night.

Minnie moves back slightly to get a better look at Miyeon, tucking stray strands of hair behind her ear with a dopey smile. Miyeon is still sound asleep, her breathing slow and even. Minnie places the back of her hand on Miyeon’s forehead.

No fever - thank goodness.

She inches closer, tucking Miyeon’s head under her chin again - she hears a faint hum of content, and she has to stifle a laugh at how adorable Miyeon is. Softly humming ‘instagram’, she combs her fingers through Miyeon’s hair, basking in the warmth that blooms in her chest and the peacefulness in the room.

They’re not often intimate like this, to which Minnie has been lamenting for a while now (not that she’d ever tell anyone that), though they do have their moments when they’re soft with each other, a stark contrast to their normal bickering and banter.

Minnie sighs contentedly.
