“W-what is this?” Jessica said, holding her breath while holding Yuri’s phone testing her luck to unlock the phone but it did not succeed. “Passcode? Come on Jessica think!” she starts typing random numbers but all of them are incorrect, she tried Yuri’s birthday but it is also an incorrect code. All of a sudden, a number pop to her thoughts “what about 09-30-14” about to press the ok button when suddenly Yuri called her attention.

“Sica, did you saw my phone?” Yuri said while searching her phone to her pocket, she saw Jessica flinched and quickly turn around to face Yuri with a fake smile “Oh is it yours Yuri-ah? Here” Jessica handed the phone; Yuri gently grab the phone and suddenly realize her current wallpaper. “did she saw it?” Yuri though but seeing Jessica smiling she brushed her thought and said goodbye to her, but little they know that there is someone saw everything with a faint smile forming from her lips while silently walk outside the room.

Jessica’s mind became a mess, with a lot of questions and confusion she began to think that they been hiding something from her, the way they forbid her to use a phone and not watching television and she always told not to walk around the streets especially in the mornings without Soojung at her side or her mom. The girls also have an excused for them not to eat outside or do a vacation but Jessica didn’t think so much of it, but seeing the picture makes her want to know about her past. About the accident, what is the real reason behind her amnesia? But neither Soojung or the girls talked about it, she need someone that will answer her question and who could that be? She looked at the ceiling then an image pop at her head, a certain friend no other than

“Park Min-young” she said silently, she began to packed her things and decided to talk to her unnie though she really don’t know if Min-young is in Korea now, she also don’t know her house. Now what?

“Miss Jessica?”

“Yes Imo?”

“Your mother called, she’s at the basement parking” Jessica nodded and say her Goodbye to the girl’s maid, instead of taking an elevator she began to use the stairs, Soojung said to her that taking the elevator is a no-no especially inside the SNSD dorm. Not long after she find her mom and gently sit at the passenger seat.

“Mom, do you know Min-young unnie address?” she said cautiously, her mom looked at her for a moment and start the engine “Yes, oh I think she’s here in Korea right now. Do you want to visit her?”

“Yes, I need to talk to her” Jessica said with seriousness to her voice, her mom thought that there something Jessica found out but she didn’t know if it is good or bad but based on Jessica’s face it looks like bad news, she don’t want her daughter to be stress more so she kept shut and just focus on her driving. Mama Jung recall Jessica’s teenager personality especially her straightforwardness towards others even though her daughter is an introvert and naïve her so called “friends” are always taking her kindness for granted and she always be left out and betrayed that’s why Soojung is protective towards her sister especially now that Jessica don’t know anything from the past years of being a member of the most popular girl band. When they arrived to Min-young apartment door, she quickly knocked at the door and when it opened there’s the person, she’s been looking for

“Jessica?”

“Rachel, we need to talk” Jessica said with a full English and start walking inside the room leaving the actress confused, min-young look at her aunt eyeing her ‘what the hell is going on?’ but Mama jung just give her the ‘I don’t know either’ look. Min-young just sigh and let her aunt enter her house and shut her door, when she turns around, she saw Jessica’s sitting on the ground playing with Leon.

“I thought you hate dogs?” Jessica asked while patting Leon’s head the dog just wagged his tail.

“A lot of things change Sica” Min-young said and sit at the sofa with Mama jung on her right “So what’s with the surprise visit? I just told Soojung that I will visit you”

“Soojung didn’t say you called, I just have few questions”

“and what is it?”

“tell me the truth Rachel, do you all keeping a secret from me?” Jessica look at Min-young with a straight face, but being a great actress Min-young knows how to do deal this kind of situation by faking her calm expression. But mama jung is shocked and thinking this is the end.

“Why do you think we are keeping a secret?”

“Since I wake up on that hospital, all of you did not even explain why I’m there and what is the cause of me having an amnesia. When I saw my friends like Tiffany Soojung goes ballistic and start forbidding me to go near them and now, I just saw my picture with Yuri having the same uniform and holding a mic. So now tell me what’s going on?”

“Straightforward as I expected from you” Min-young chuckle a bit

“Stop fooling around Rachel, I need my answers now”

“Oh. Should I tell you? Can you handle the truth Jessica?”

“Rachel please…” Mama jung said as she looks towards the two that are now having a starring contest

“Try me Rachel.”

“so, what if I say to you that you sing along with your so-called friends? Concerts, events” Min-young said with a teasing smile, “and being part of a Kpop group?”

Other side pov

“are you okay fany-ah?” Hyoyeon ask me, I look to her and just nodded “you seem not fine, what’s in your little mind fany”

“I just feel something will turn upside down, I really don’t know hyo like bad things will happen”
