Joohyun takes to drinking wine. Usually alone—preferably alone, these days.

It's not that she enjoys wine; that's not the point. The point runs deeper than that, deeper than the alcohol thrumming through her veins.

The point is: Seungwan likes wine.

Bitter, sweet. White, red.

Joohyun swirls the liquid in her glass and tries not to think, to catch her distorted reflection looking back at her. Mocking her desperation.

She throws her head back and swallows it all down. her lips, missing the taste already. Reaching for the bottle for another hit of what she's aching for, she almost bumps it to the ground when a voice talks to her in the darkness of the dorm's kitchen.

"You drink wine now?"

Seungwan's face is struck by moonlight, eyes half-lidded from sleep as she yawns a mouthful. Her shirt is rumpled, hair even more so.

Joohyun can only stare. And maybe yearn a little, maybe with everything she's got.

"My wine, too," Seungwan adds, the corner of lifting.
