It's just a tease. Or maybe a way of assurance that she will never end up alone.

It slipped out on Bomi's mouth when they were watching a movie and it just turned out on a wedding part.

Chorong moved into tears the moment the characters started sharing their wedding vows. A full of nice words and promise that was almost ideal until they prove it as years passed by.

Bomi, also focused on watching, wondering how it felt like when she found the one. Having a ceremony of two person vowing to spend their lives together for a lifetime.

Actually, the movie doesn't even matter to her, but when she noticed that Chorong is hooked on watching, she decided to tease the older girl.

"Unnie, how old do you want to marry?" she asked suddenly.

"Huh? I don't know. Maybe when I found the right one."

"How will you ever find the right one, you're always grumpy."

"Yah!"

"Don't worry unnie. If you're not yet married at your 30," Bomi purposely paused trying to annoy Chorong more. "I will marry you."

Chorong just laughed. Without any intention to take the words seriously, she threw the pillow to the younger girl's face.

It's just a tease. They can't marry each other tho... It's forbidden.

In fact, adding reason to its impossibility. Some years after, Bomi's family moved in another city.

At that point, Bomi and her hanged out for the last time, and she never knew it.

Chorong almost forgot about that thirty thing. During her college days, she dated a lot of guys... A lot means it always end up in just hook ups and a week lasting flirting. She can't even find someone who perfectly clicks with her.

At the end of the day, she would lie on her bed and overthink things again.

Maybe for Bomi, it's just the young girl's way of annoying Chorong, teasing that she won't be able to find someone to marry.

And it's one of the reason why Chorong almost dated every guys during her school days. Determined to prove that Bomi was wrong.

She's only 20 years old when she graduated in college, she still have a decade. It's not that she's taking Bomi's words seriously, but she's seeing herself married and already have 2 kids at 28.

Maybe Chorong is not used to be someone being taken care of, she's always someone who takes care of someone.

Another thing that strengthen the possibility that even if Chorong is not yet married by 30, Bomi won't be able to fulfill her promise.

Fate is playful, Chorong met Bomi again at 25. It was her sister's wedding, she had no idea that Bomi's family was invited as well.

She was just surprised when Bomi popped out of nowhere and started pestering her.

She's the maid of honor and Bomi is one of the bridesmaids.

Chorong is genuinely happy for her sister but during the ceremony, after her turn of walking on the aile, with her sister to be the last person to enter, with their parents beside her. Chorong found herself in deep thoughts.

Asking herself why she still don't have someone beside her at that point. Like she literally don't see herself on that situation.

After the ceremony, everyone headed to the reception where speeches, and celebration takes place. Like games, speeches and other things.

Chorong was currently hiding on the corner side table, without any intention to join the party. After she graduated, she left that kind of lifestyle in school. She took business seriously that's why she's very successful now.

"Aren't you joining them?" Bomi cleared before continuing with a tease.
"I bet it they will start playing Rain songs next."

Chorong's head snapped up, After all those years... After more than a decade Bomi can still remember small things about her.

"Long time no see." Chorong greeted, almost sarcastically.

"Come on. Lets join." Bomi pulled her. "Just a quick drink." the younger girl added with a wink and Chorong found herself following.

When Bomi sensed that Chorong is not comfortable with loud music, She grabbed the older girl's hand and headed toward the door outside instead.

Bomi led the way and they end up in the courtyard with a small pond on the side, they sat on the bench facing the crowd not too far away, having the after celebration of the wedding.

Chorong's sister got married at 29. A year before Chorong's so called deadline.

It's been an emotional rollercoaster ride for her, realizing that her sister already starting her own family. But ofcourse, there is a glimpse of hope that one day, she will be standing in front, celebrating the same occasion beside the right person.

Hoping that during that time, she's the one getting married. Having those promising and dedication to spend her lifetime with that one person.
