“Do you really think that we should have taking that ladies offer?” said Tiffany “No, but she wasn’t going to let us turn it down, so I was thinking that after we get paid for doing Star King tonight, we could donate that money to the mall it should cover all the taxes we missed” I said “That wouldn’t be a bad idea for you guys to do, and if you don’t want the mall knowing it was you guys, you can make the donation as anonymous” Riley said beside me “And Sunny what did you mean new wardrobes for most of us” asked SooYoung “Well clearly Riley needs a new wardrobe because he only has 2 outfits since he didn’t bring anything with him to Seoul, and I need a lot of new clothes, because most of the clothes I have remind me of the night I was attacked and I can’t bring myself to wear them anymore. So that’s 2 of us the need new clothes, and we need clothes for when we go to Canada because the weather might be a little chillier than what you guys are us to, and I’m pretty sure that all of us have grown out of our clothes especially Tiffany and Kevin…” “What why us?” asked Kevin “Because a) we’ve been training a lot so you have lost weight, and b) because the both of you are still going through puberty so that alone will change your height, weight, and other thing I’m not saying out loud. Speaking of puberty boys you can go shopping alone for a about 30-45 minutes, we need to take Tiffany somewhere” “Where?” asked Xander “None of your business boys, now go shopping I’ll text one of you when we’re done” “Geez, fine, no need to bite our head off” said Mason sarcastically “Alright Tiffany now that the boys are gone, we need to get you some new bras” said Vicky “What! As so as SooYoung and I walked into the store we walked right to the check-out desk “Excuse me, but can we talk to the manager” SooYoung asked the lady at cash register “Sure, just hold one minute please” “Yea no problem” I said, I still can’t believe we’re doing this “Hi, I’m the manager how can I help you? Aren’t you girls from that new idol group New Future?” “Yes we are, and that’s kind of what this is about, you see we need to go bra shopping for our youngest member Tiffany, but she’s too embarrassed to actually come into the store and get some because of all the people. You see, this would be her time as a trainee doing this without her mom, and she a little scared about people seeing her” I started our explanation “So we were wondering if there was any way you could maybe just close the store for like 20-25 minutes and let us sneak in through the back door, just so we can get her fitted and actually get her some” finished SooYoung “Well you ladies are in luck, because we usually close down our store, so our employee can have a lunch break, so I can meet the 6 of you at the employee’s entrance and I can help you with our situation” “Thank you so much, you don’t how much this means to us, we literally told our male members that they had to go away for a while so we could even start convincing Tiffany to do this. This really means a lot to us” I said as I hugged the manager So we finally got a way so no one would know what we are shopping for. “Well we are in luck, they manager said that they close for lunch anyways, so she agreed to let us do our shopping during then for you Tiffany, so now no one will see you doing this and to be double sure no one sees what you bought I’ll put the bag in my purse before we leave to meet the guys alright, and I’ll keep in my purse until we get back to our room” Said SooYoung “Alright, I guess I don’t have any choice, I’m trusting you guys” she said (We’re just gonna skip this whole thing) “See we told you it’s not so bad, it’s just a part of growing up” said Jessie “I guess you’re right, I’m just going to have to get use to this” said Tiffany “Alright, I told Jay that we would meet them at Tim Horton’s, mainly because I’ve been craving a frozen lemonade since the showcase” all the girls laughed So I text Jay back and asked if they wanted anything from Tim Horton’s, hey I was paying for the girls might as well get the boys something “Next please” said the cashier “Hi there, can I get 5 Original Frozen Lemonades, 3 Chocolate Ice Caps, 3 White Ice Caps, and 2 Extra Large Triple-Triple’s please” “No Problem ma’am, I know this might be a lot to ask of you, but can I get your guys autographs please, we want to put it on our wall alongside other idols that have ordered from here” “Yea, no problem I just have to wait for the rest of the members to get here” “Why do you have to wait for us exactly?” asked Mason walking up to us “Because we are going to give our autography’s to these people, because they would like to put it up alongside the other idols that have come here” “Oh I see, but we got to hurry, we have to leave in 2 hours to eat then get ready, and we still have to buy new stuff for our trip, and new clothes for Riley, Tiffany, Kevin and you” he said “Mason will you relax, this will take 1 minute then we can go shopping, wait we left you guys alone for 30 minutes what have you been doing?” “Unlike you 6 Sunny, we have been dealing with crazed fan-girls the past 30 minutes” “Oh well anyways, Riley take the picture” So Riley took the picture for us using my polaroid camera-yes I still have one of those-and we manage to get a completely new wardrobe for Riley, Tiffany, Kevin and I. Everyone else got some new clothes for them and we all got new clothes that would be a little warmer than what we had for our trip to Canada in 2 weeks. Unless you’ve actually spent some time living in Canada, you will think the weather during our spring break is freezing, to us its sweater weather. “Alright guys now that we’re back home what do you guys want for dinner, and make it something quick I can make, we took a little longer at the mall then first expected so we only have an hour till the vans come and take us to Star King” I yelled from the kitchen “Why not just make spaghetti, it doesn’t take long to make at all. We just dropped by to say the president is happy you guys gave up your mall time to make some people in the mall quite happy” she said “How’d he know about that” Xander said with a mouthful of food, so I smacked him upside the head “Don’t talk with food in your mouth Xander, it’s rude” first with the eavesdropping now the talking with food in the mouth, wow those two need to learn some manners “Sorry Sunny” he said AFTER he swallowed his food “Are you sure you’re not the mother of this group instead of the leader Sunny” laughed Kahi “Sometimes Kahi I wonder that exact same thing” “And he knew about it, because the owner of the mall had called him to tell him what happened” said E-Young After maybe about 10 minutes AfterSchool decided that it was time for them to go eat so they left for their house, then maybe another 5 minutes everyone was done eating. So I put the dishes into the dishwasher and went to sit with everyone else in the living room. “So did the president tell either of you who was going to be on the show tonight” Jessie asked Mason and I “Well I know for sure that none of the other Pledis group are going to be there, Bekah told me that AfterSchool was done for the day, Nu’Est is in the recording studio, and Hello Venus had a music video shoot for their comeback song” I replied “Well whoever is there, I’m sure we’ll find out before the show starts” said Mason, then all of a sudden we heard a car honking “Alright guys time to go, the 5 of us will meet you there” I said as I went to grab my car keys After we got there, we were shown where our green room would be, so we were left to finish getting ready before the shooting starts. Maybe around 6:15 the producer came in and told us we had to come to the stage quickly so we could run through how they wanted us to come in during the show. How they wanted us to come in was, the host was going to introduce the rest of the guests first, then he would introduce us and we would come out on the moving platform. After that we quickly went and thanked the crew for all their hard work before we went back to our green room for the last 15 minutes before the show started just to fix any small thing. With 5 minutes before the show we went to the spot we’re we would be coming in from so we could get the mics put on us, and since all the other guests we’re already on stage we still had no idea who else was going to be on the show tonight, well we’re about to find out because it’s 7 and it’s time for the show to start “Welcome ladies and gentlemen to ….. STAR KING!!!!” everyone in the audience started clapping and cheering “On tonight’s show we have all idols as our guests from SM- Super Junior, and F(x), from Cube- 4Minute and B2ST, from Starship- SISTAR and Boyfriend, and finally from YG- 2NE1 and Big Bang” as he announced the names the cheering just got louder and louder, until finally it stopped “Now we have one more guest that was last minute so we didn’t advertise them this week. As I’m told both 2NE1 and Big Bang already know of our next guest, am I right CL” “Yup, and all I have to say about the final guest is that you guys are going to love them as much as we do already” hearing CL saying that probably was one of the best moments tonight “Well then I don’t see the point in delaying their intro any longer. Please give it up for up and coming idol group… NEW FUTURE!!” and with that the stage started moving, and the clapping and cheering grew pretty loud again, and we could hear 2NE1 and Big Bang cheering pretty loudly as well. After the stage stop moving me made our way to the middle of the stage “1, 2, 3, Hello we are New Future” “Welcome to the Star King New Future, why don’t the 12 of you have a seat” said the host We had the privilege of sitting right in the middle everyone, so not matter where we looked there was our sunbaes “So Mason, this past 24 hours must have been a whirl wind for you guys, from your showcase to Sunny announcing that horrible event to becoming the second most searched thing on the internet to doing this show tonight” “For the past 24 hours I have been pinching myself…” “Or us doing it for you” interrupted Kevin laughing “Exactly, just to see if this is actual happening, or if I’m dreaming and I’m going to wake up and still be training at Pledis, instead of all of this” “I just realized that tonight might be a little confusing since we have 2 Ambers here tonight why don’t the 2 of you come down here quickly” So both of the Ambers went down to the stage, it was kind of funny because F(x)’s Amber was so much taller than our Amber even though their Amber wasn’t in heels and ours was “So even though you 2 share the same name, you are almost nothing alike. You even share different roles within your respective groups” “Yea, in F(x) I’m the rapper” “Whereas in New Future I’m one of the Lead Dancers” “And if you can’t tell their style sense are polar opposite” I laughed from beside CL “Yea our Amber is more boyish, were their Amber is very girly” said Victoria After we finished comparing the Ambers they came and sat back down “What I don’t understand, is how you have to much courage to continue to train and work so hard Sunny, like I’m not a girl, but the stories I’ve heard most girls take a long time to even try and get back to their normal life but you went right back to your life the day after” Asked LeeTeuk “I’m able to have this courage to continue on because I have people around me that support me and help me through this. The way I think about that this is just another obstacle in my journey to achieve my dreams. But when it first happened I was honestly thinking about leaving Pledis, and moving back to mine and Bekah’s home town, but then I was reminded by the people closest to me that I could conquer this, and that’s exactly what I’m doing. I refuse to play the role of this man’s victim” I said wiping my tears away, then the boys of Super Junior came and gave me a hug, along with the rest of the idol group “Actually I have a request to ask of HyoMin” I said after I finally calmed down “Alright sure, what it is?” HyoMin said smiling “Well Jessie and I were wondering if we could perform “Superstar” with you, we’ve loved that song is we’ve seen it on Dream High 2” I asked “I would love to” she said as she stood up “Well this is a treat, here to perform “Superstar” from Dream High 2 is SISTAR’s HyoMin and New Future’s Sunny and Jessie” It felt really cool to perform with HyoMin, I hope this wouldn’t be the last time that any of New Future “So which members are the most outgoing or random in your group” asked F(x)s Amber “Oh this is an easy one” said Mason “1, 2, 3…..Twins!” we all said “And 2NE1 can verify this, The Twins are like JoKwon times 2” said Ben “Hey we are not that bad” they said at the same time, and I guess that since this is the first anyone outside of New Future, 2NE1, or Big Bang heard them talk like that, they kind of just looked at the Twins funny, which just made New Future, 2NE1, and Big Bang laugh harder “So we were watching your showcase last night and we were very impressed by your performances. But the one thing we are still puzzled about Sunny, is that who was that person singing with you that you had such great chemistry with?” asked HyunA “Well all that I’m aloud to say is that his name is Riley and that Riley and I have been close friends since we were about 6 and 7 years old. He’s actually backstage in our green room watching this” I said “You can’t say anything else?” said YeSeob “Nope not a thing” “Not even that he was with you guys at the mall today, or that you we’re holding hands?” asked CL “CL!” I yelled as I buried my face into my hands “Well it’s true, you didn’t think that you would be able to go out, and people not blog, or twit, or take pictures and post them on the internet did you?” said Minzy “No, but I didn’t expect you guys to announce it on TV, were hundreds of people are watching, including Riley” one bad thing about being friends with 2NE1 is that they are a loud to embarrass me whenever they chose “Will you relax, we’re on commercial, did you really think I’d do that to you?” laughed CL “Really?!” I looked to the camera’s and the red lights were off which indicated commercial break “Yea we went right after you said “Nope not a thing”” CL was still laughing “CL! Not funny” “Actually Sunny it was hilarious” laughed Riley “Riley, what are you doing here? I thought you had to stay backstage?” I asked “I was supposed to, but they want us to perform “Wherever you are” sometime during the show, so I’m waiting in the wings and I thought I’d come say hi while you we’re on commercial break” he said “You realize that every idol at this show now knows about us” “Yea, and your point is? I’m pretty sure they will respect our privacy, just like they want” “Yea, I guess your right” I hugged him “Aw aren’t you two just adorable” said the Twins, popping up behind me “TWINS!” why do people laugh whenever I get tormented by the twins. Riley had to run because commercial was over in 10 seconds. I also love how the rest of the idol we’re still laughing at me and the twins when we came back from commercial “Welcome back to Star King, as you can see the idols are getting along well” “Yea, over the twins scaring me half to death…again” I said sarcastically “Again?” asked Siwon “Oh yea this is a daily thing with us, they try and scare me whenever they get a chance” “Alright, well now we’re going to hear the song that still has the press and fans wondering after last night showcase. Please welcome Sunny and Riley, to perform “Wherever You Are”” Ok I know Riley said sometime during the show, I didn’t think he meant right after commercial break For the rest of the show, we all goof around and just had a blast. We talked about all sorts of things, from really weird talents to more serious topics. New Future made a lot of friends in the K-Pop industry, we even exchanged numbers with almost every idol at the show, everyone from New Future has at least 2 people from each group in our phones now. “Alright guys, tomorrow is our other day off, and I vote staying home all day in our pajamas and having a movie marathon and eat a bit of junk food, we’ll just burn it off on Monday” I announce in the green room as we were getting ready to leave Star King “Agreed!” They all yelled from different points in the room, it’s still creep to this day how all 12 of us can talk in sync like that
