Jennie’s POV:

For a long time now, I stopped believing that there’s a reason for everything. Because if there was then why were people born to suffer? What was the reason for that?

So, I somehow began to believe that people have a purpose in this world but don’t know what it is yet. I believe my purpose was to meet Lisa and show her the kind of world she believed never existed.

She was living in a body that was trying to fight to survive with mind that was trying to die.

But she had found her purpose to live. But, it wasn’t because of me per se. It was because I had shown her something different. I showed her a reason.

She kept living until she felt alive again.

“You ready?” I asked her while extending my hand towards her. She nods while slowly standing up from the wheel chair and taking my hand in hers. She smiles down at me,

“I’m ready.”

The police made it in time and immediately brought her into the hospital. They saved her. And when she woke up she asked to seek for help. And with me by her side, she was no longer afraid.

She was able to tell the police about her mother. She didn’t want them to arrest her, just place her into a rehab center.
