At Beach

"Yes! We lost them!" I cheered in relief

L.Joe chuckled, "Course we did. But will they find us later?"

"Probably not" I shrugged then smiled once I got a clear view of the beach, "Let's go swimming!"

"What? Wait but we don't have any extra clothes to change into!"

"Oh well. It'll dry right?" I ran towards the ocean

"Maybe" L.Joe jogged after me

"Its so cold!" I yelped as the water went up to my knees

"Hey _____" I heard L.Joe call from behind me

"Yea-- Ah!" I squeaked as he splashed water onto me

"Yah! That was not cool" I splashed water onto him

"That wasn't either"

We were soaking each other with water, until I accidentally slipped. I closed my eyes and waited to feel myself fall into the water but I never did. I openned my eyes and saw L.Joe holding my waist instead.

"Be careful next time" He helped me back up striaght

"Thanks" I shyly said

"Haha no problem. Wanna get ice-cream now?" He asked

I nodded, "Yes!"

"Here we go!" He picked me up bridal style

I wrapped my arms around his neck afraid he would drop me.

"What are you doing?" I asked

"Making sure you don't fall again" He cheekily smiled

"What if you fall?"

"I won't"

Then he suddenly slipped but managed to keep his balance.

"Ha! You jinxed it!" I laughed

He smiled but kept on walking. Finally we got to shore all soaking wet.

"Well that was fun" I mumbled as he placed me back down

"Ice-Cream!" He cheered and pulled my hand

"Where?!" I looked around

"Aish. We're walking to the ice cream shop" He said

"Psshhh. I knew that"

"Sure you did"

"Why are you holding my hand?"

"Just be mine for today" He said

"Yours for the day?" I asked slightly confused

"My girl for the day" He held our hands up

I smiled at his actions, "Alright. My hottie for the day"

"Let's just get ice cream" I said

Once we got to the ice cream shop there was a sign on the door. CLOSED.

My jaw dropped, "Are you kidding?!"

"Oh well. Let's get ice cream some other time, my treat" L.Joe said

We started walking back to his car since it was getting late when a question suddenly popped in my head.
