Third Person POV

     While writing on the board, Eunbi heard Nako's voice again so she groaned.

      "Ms. Kwoooooon!", Nako said, annoying Eunbi to hell.

     "What do you want this time, Nako?", Eunbi rolled her eyes before turning to face the class.

     "Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?", Nako asked her teacher. Eunbi and all of her classmates groaned, hearing Nako for the 1000th time already. She never seems to run out of lines.

     Eunbi expected Nako to stop pranking her at home since she's now her teacher but it only got worse. She brought her antics to school and became even more annoying.

      "Nako, stop!", Yuri whispered to her seatmate, confused as to why she's been acting this way. Miu just smiled, amused while  watching the short girl and the teacher's interaction.

     Eunbi turned around to write again.

     "Ms. Kwoooooon", Nako said again, but this time Eunbi just ignored her.

     "But I need to go the bathroom!", Nako whined. Eunbi didn't bother to listen, this has been the nth time Nako went out. She continued to write on the board but stopped when she heard a loud fart. Her eyes widened and then she turned around.

     Nako laughed so hard while removing the balloon from her chair. This time, everyone laughed at Nako for successfully tricking their teacher again. Eunbi clenched hers fists and glared at the calss before turning around again. She then felt paper being thrown at her.

     She quickly turned around and then slammed the table with both of her hands, scaring everyone, including Nako. The bell rang signalling dismissal so everyone quickly ran out before the chaos could start.

     "I'M SO SICK OF YOUR , MS. YABUKI!, Ms. Kwon finally screamed making Nako sink in her seat, letting go of all the restrictions and just saying whatever she feels like saying.

     "Why are you doing this to me? You put things in my drink, you blast Music whenever I'm sleeping, you wake up at 3 am, open the tv and then run away when I come to close it, you do many more things I don't wanna remember.  What's your problem?", Eunbi asked her loudly. Only Nako is now left in the room while Miu waited outside by the door, curious of what's happening inside. She then heard a chair falling on the floor.

     Nako saw the chair that flew across the room, almost hitting her. She looked at the teacher who threw it, shock written all over her face.

     "Just give up with whatever you're doing because I will never leave my work, you will never make me.", Eunbi said through gritted teeth.

     "Why not? Isn't it clear that I don't want to be with you? Why don't you just stop babysitting me?", Nako replied, equally as angry now.

     "Because unlike me, you still have parents to take care of you and love you. Because unlike you, I have to worry everyday, worry about where I sleep, worry about money for food, worry about how I'll be the next day. I just lost my Mom and your Mom's worried that you will too, without anyone there to protect and take care you.", Eunbi said, face now red from either anger or sadness, making Nako guilty and shut up. Eunbi's eyes widened when her tongue slipped.

      "Finally, you admit the reason why they left.", Nako calmly said, unable to look at Eunbi now.

     Nako left the room and walked home all alone, sad that her fears have been confirmed.

     Monday came and still Eunbi still didn't go home. Usually she'd be gone by Saturday and arrive on Monday but since Friday, she still hasn't appeared in Nako's house nor her school. She's afraid that the older girl actually left her now. Worried about her sitter, she left the classroom, left the school and came home to check if she's there already.

     She didn't care if there were still classes, she was afraid of what the sensitive old baby would do. When she arrived home, she heard footsteps inside her home. She sighed in relief, finally happy to hear signs of Eunbi.

      Relief was replaced by fear when she entered the house, looked all over the place, but she still couldn't find the other girl. Whose footsteps were those? She then remembered something Eunbi said when she was being too dramatic.

     You wake up at 3 am, open the tv and then run away when I come to close it.

     But Nako never did that. She screamed when she heard a sound, turns out, it was just from her phone. She reads the text from Eunbi:

      I'm sorry I couldn't come home. I'm very sick at the moment. I really am. I can't move but I can handle myself. Please take care of yourself while I'm not around, I wouldn't want your parents to kill me. Instant noodles are on the cupboard you can reach. Don't try to kill yourself by cooking.

      Nako looked around the house and then went to her room to pack her bags. There's no way she'll spend the night here alone after hearing those footsteps.

      "Babyyyyy---- sitter I'm hoooome!", Eunbi was shocked to hear Nako say and then laugh at herself. Eunbi sat up from the bed but instantly regretted it when she felt the pain on her head.

     "Oh, you're here. Do you know I've been waiting and looking everywhere for you?", Nako said as she entered Eunbi's room. She looked around and then shook her head.

     "Tsk tsk, such a messy room. And you thought I couldn't take care of myself.", Nako teased Eunbi making the sick girl glare but her ears were clearly red from embarrassment.

      Nako then left with a plastic bag on her hand and came back with a bowl with porridge in it. She put it on the desk next to Eunbi's bed before she  sat down the bed. She put her palm on Eunbi's forehead and then flinched.

      "Gosh, you're hot.", Nako said before winking. Eunbi groaned before kicking Nako weakly. Nako laughed at Eunbi again. Nako then looked around and got the thermometer. She put it in Eunbi's mouth even if Eunbi refused to open it.

     "Stop being a baby, I just wanna check your temperature.", Nako said as she slapped Eunbi's hand away from . Nako then checked the temperature before taking the device back to it's original place and then taking the porridge.

     "Say ahhhh!", Nako said, treating Eunbi like a baby and then putting the spoon before Eunbi's mouth.

      " you.", Eunbi said but she listened to the younger girl and opened .

     After finishing all of it, Nako placed the bowl on the desk and stood up to leave. Eunbi tried to stop her by tugging on her shirt.

     "You're leaving already?", Eunbi asked.

      "Yup, now let go.", Nako removed Eunbi's hand and then went out. Eunbi was sad that no one will take care of her again. Being sick and alone was terrible, being unable to move and buy medicine. She just laid back in bed and went to sleep.

      "I'm back!", Nako screamed, startling and waking up Eunbi. Nako returned a few minutes after she left earlier, now having another plastic bag in hand. She then went to the kitchen to get some water.

     She gave Eunbi the medicine to drink. Eunbi stared at the Japanese girl as she was focused on helping Eunbi drink medicine. She couldn't help but stare in awe as this girl was a lot different from the girl who tried to torment her.

     "Don't waste the medicine by drooling while staring at me, Unnie.", Nako now said as she looked at Eunbi too. Eunbi quickly looked away.

      "I wasn't staring.", Eunbi denied, thinking she was just sick, that's why these thoughts keep coming in.

      "Now, I'm gonna help you take a bath.", Nako said while raising both of her eyebrows.

      "Wha- What the? What are you saying?", Eunbi said as she tried to cover her body, holding her sweater tightly.

      "It's just a sponge bath, silly.", Nako chuckled at Eunbi's reaction before going out to take some cloth and water. Eunbi cursed herself for being dumb in front of Nako.

      Nako wiped Eunbi's arms with the wet cloth and then wiped it with the dry one. Nako then proceeded to Eunbi's legs. She removed the blanket, making Eunbi's face red from embarrassment again.

     Nako started to wipe her left leg with the wet cloth but Eunbi didn't fail to notice how Nako's face is starting to become red too.

      "Yahh yahhh you ert. What are you  thinking?", Eunbi said and then squinted her eyes at Nako.

      "I- I wasn't thinking anything.", Nako quickly denied.

      "Really?", Eunbi now teased Nako.

      "If you don't believe me, do it on your own.", Nako said to Eunbi, while holding out the wet cloth.

       "I was just kidding, go on.", Eunbi chuckled making Nako glare at her. Eunbi smiled, not admitting that she misses this feeling, the feeling of having someone care for you.

      Eunbi fell asleep while Nako took care of her. After a while, she woke up when she felt a short arm on her waist. She slowly opened her eyes only to meet a short snoring girl face to face.

      The sleeping girl looked so peaceful as she slept. If she wasn't demonic when she Eunbi worked as her babysitter, she'd think that this girl was a beautiful angel.

      "sjhusleepmhhhhhmm", Nako said while sleeping, making Eunbi smile at how cute she looked. Eunbi checked if she's really asleep by poking her nose. When she didn't move a bit, Eunbi hugged the tiny girl.

      Nako then woke up and opened her eyes quickly and looked up to see what's moving around her. Eunbi closed her eyes, pretending to sleep while hugging the girl beside her.

      "Oh, it's just my old babysitter.", Nako said and laughed before going back to sleep. If only Eunbi wasn't pretending to be asleep, she would've kicked Nako off the bed.

       Eunbi woke up, only to find that Nako is no longer beside her. She sat up and stretched, feeling a lot better now. She walked out of her room and almost screamed when she found a crying short girl in her kitchen.

      "Why are you crying?", Eunbi laughed at Nako's weird face.

      "I'm not crying, I was just slicing onions and then my eyes stung.", Nako said while her tears continued to fall. Eunbi stood beside her and faced the chopping board.

      "What were you even trying to cook?", Eunbi asked the person who she knows can't cook to save her life.

       "I don't know. I just chopped it hoping you'll come out eventually and help me.", Nako said or more like cried out. Eunbi laughed so hard because of how childish Nako looked.

       They now sat facing each other while in Eunbi's kitchen. Nako is happily eating the pancakes, the onions long forgotten. While eating, Eunbi couldn't help but wonder.

       "What? Why are you looking at me like that?", Nako stopped eating and asked.

      "How'd you know about your Mother?", Eunbi asked before starting to eat too.

       "It was just a hunch before you confirmed it, really. I saw some paper with some medicine written on it when my Mom and Dad came back once.", Nako said, looking out in a certain space, as if thinking deeply.

       "But why'd you try so hard to make me leave? What did I do wrong? What do I've got to do with this?", Eunbi asked.

      "I... I... You know that I'm short, right?", Nako asked Eunbi.

      "Oh of course, I do. It's actually quite obvious.", Eunbi teased Nako. Nako then threw a piece of her food at Eunbi.

      "Let me finish. So, I don't know, my parents have always treated me like a baby. They take so much care of me, they worry so much about me, even now that I'm already 18. It was fine for me but when I saw those papers and when I saw how weaker my Mom has become, it suddenly felt wrong. I suddenly realized that they won't be with me forever.", Nako said with a sad tone in her voice but still no signs of tears could be seen. Eunbi realized how strong Nako is.

      "You know...I just want them to see, before they leave, not that I want that to happen, I just want them too see that I'm a grown up that they can trust now. I want them to see that they've raised me well. I want them to stop worrying and realize that I can stand on my own two feet alone.", Nako smiled sadly.

      "Okay but why did you treat me like how you've treated me?", Eunbi asked, unable to connect all the dots.

       "Can I really prove that I'm fine on my own now if I still have a babysitter with me?", Nako looked at Eunbi.

      "Ohhh. So you want me to leave then?", Eunbi asked while smiling, trying very hard to hide her sadness.

      "I did. But not anymore.", Nako said and then smiled at Eunbi making Eunbi smile too.

     "Don't worry, Nako. She's fine. She told me it's just that her heart is weaker now. She isn't allowed to be tired. She isn't allowed to be surprised. She isn't allowed to laugh too much. She just has to be more careful now, other than that, she's completely fine. They told me that they'd be home from the hospital in two weeks.", Eunbi said as she pats Nako's head.

      Nako beamed at Eunbi's words but Eunbi saw how quickly Nako's smile left her face.

      "What's wrong?", Eunbi worriedly asked.

      "Does that mean that you're gonna leave me now?", Nako asked, pouting as she did so.

      "I can always come and visit or you can come and visit me instead, it's not like we're miles away from each other. And have you forgotten? I'm still your teacher.", Eunbi explained and then teased Nako. Nako smiled sheepishly at her teacher.

      "Should I tell you're parents that you've been flirting with your teacher?", Eunbi again teased Nako making the short girl's face go red because of embarrassment.
