j is for jealousy

Sehun oftentimes has to convince himself that he likes Taeyong. Taeyong is a perfectly nice guy, a little quiet sometimes and he can honestly relate to that but it’s when he remembers that Taeyong is Seulgi’s close friend and neighbor that he realizes he is less fond of the man than he originally thought.

One thing, really, just one thing. Seulgi is a very touchy person. Talk to her about something serious, she’ll easily slip her hand over your shoulder as a sign of comfort. Tell her a funny story and she’ll be slapping your arm in laughter. Now of course, this would be a very good thing if the other person at the end of all the physical contact was her boyfriend but unfortunately, that was not always the case. Many a time, Sehun would fetch her from a hangout and see Seulgi practically hugging Taeyong’s arm and burying her face on his shoulder, laughing hysterically and Sehun would have to wonder exactly how funny Taeyong’s joke was. But then he remembers that a simple generic knock-knock joke would render his girlfriend a laughing mess and that it really didn’t take much to make her laugh. He reminds himself not to bury his fist in the other guy’s perfect face when he gently pulls Seulgi away because really, it’s not Taeyong’s fault that his girlfriend is clinging to him like a deranged koala.
