Jealous
unexpectedThings were a little different between Hyewon and Yuri after that night.
They started to spend more time together - and Yuri clung to the older girl more often. If it were a few months ago, Hyewon would probably be really flustered still, but she'd learnt how to deal with an even more affectionate Jo Yuri than ever before.
It turned out Yuri liked it when she was a tsundere, rejecting her affection and then accepting it later on. The older girl didn't mind - at the end of the day, the girl that she liked wanted to be with her all the time, and she was happy with just that.
She hoped that Yuri liked her back, of course, but she didn't want to push the brunette. She would wait until she brought it up herself whenever she was ready. Hyewon was willing to wait, but she couldn't help but think of how little time they had left.
She'll have to deal with it, she guessed.
The whole rigging scandal was over, and they were given the 'Go' signal to finally come back. All of them were ecstatic, and bawled tears of joy when they heard the news announced by their manager.
They were finally able to show their fans how hard they've worked for their album. They didn't have to disband prematurely, or take away any members from their team. They were still going to be together; the best outcome out of anything else.

It was the the day of their first comeback stage for 'Fiesta' at MCountdown.
The girls were just hanging out in their dressing room, waiting for the staff's cue for them to go on stage.
Hyewon was sitting on the couch opposite the mirrors - the girls were scattered about the room - while Yuri was sitting on one of the make-up chairs with a roller on her bangs.
"Yuri-ya." From the corner of her eye, Hyewon spotted Yena approaching Yuri with a snack in hand. "Here."
Hyewon wished that she could just accept that Yena and Yuri were close, but she couldn't help the annoyance she felt whenever the duck-like was with the younger girl.
She wasn't even sure if Yuri was aware that Yena liked her too. It was really obvious ever since they were in Produce 48, after all. Hyewon never really thought about it until she discovered her feelings for Yuri, and as much as she loved Yena, she hoped that her co-99 liner would just... back off.
"Ah, unnie!" Yuri grinned upon seeing the duck-like girl and what she had with her. "Soda Jelly." she scrunched up her nose at the snack her unnie offered her.
"Brings back memories, huh?"
The two girls grinned widely at each other as they shared the snack, reminisicing their time together as trainees on a reality show. Though Produce 48 turned out the way it was, there's no doubt that it was still the foundation of good friendships and the setting of some unforgettable memories among the trainees.
Hyewon was loss in thought. She figured she really couldn't compete with Yena - not when she's had that whole history with Yuri since the show.
"Hyewon-ah, don't be too obvious." Eunbi sat down on the seat next to the 99-liner, crossing her arms.
"Huh?" Hyewon adjusted in her seat so that Yena and Yuri were behind her, a
