Sinb wonders what is taking her two friends so long to arrive. Checking the time on her phone, they are already five minutes late and her stomach is now growling due to hunger. She had missed breakfast for the day, having woken up late after staying up to have a movie marathon. It wasn't until four in the morning that she decided to stop watching and call it a night. She doesn't regret doing so but what she does regret is that she should've eaten something light first before leaving her house.

With Yewon and Sojung in mind, a part of Sinb is puzzled as to why the latter is over at Yewon's house early in the morning. They don't live near each other so the only two plausible reasons she can think of is that:

One, Sojung had woken up really early and drove to Yewon's place for a reason Sinb doesn't know of or secondly, Sojung had stayed overnight.

However, knowing how Yewon's parents are, the second reason isn't likely because they dislike Yewon hosting sleepovers. Unless they aren't home and Yewon doesn't tell them about having someone over.
