Yewon is greeted by a pair of loving eyes staring straight at her the moment she wakes up from a deep slumber. Surprised (and slightly dazed having just woken up), her cheeks instantly turn a shade of pink, earning a low chuckle from her girlfriend who has been awake since who knows when.

“H-how long have you been awake?” the younger girl asks, stuttering a little. “And why didn’t you wake me up?”

“You looked really peaceful in your sleep that I didn’t have the heart to wake you up,” Sojung answers, her voice soft. Guiding her hand up, she gently cups Yewon’s cheek and presses a light peck on her lips. “Good morning, baby.”

There goes the feeling again.

It amazes Yewon how the older girl is able to make the butterflies in her stomach flutter although she’s barely awake. Not wanting the taller girl to see her cheeks get any redder, she brings the latter’s arm back down to rest around her waist before tucking her head under her chin. “Good morning to you too, unnie.”
