She's Alive... But Barely As Well

Princess³ - Etiquette² = Chaos

When Chaeyoung and Dahyun decided to drop by Class 201 during their lunch break, they honestly didn’t think too much about it. Ever since their departure from the chaotic tour, they’ve been dying to receive some updates on the mysterious ketchup girl. The cub’s phone call didn’t gain much information (thanks to two particular troublemakers), hence they’re hoping to get some answers once and for all. As soon as they arrive at their destination, peeking inside through the glass panels, they end up gasping in delight. They’ve mentally prepared themselves for the chance that Jihyo’s elsewhere doing… whatever the hell student council presidents do, yet they’ve managed to spot her in her designated seat, the back of her head currently facing them as she seemingly stare out of the classroom window. They suppose their luck’s not so sh*tty, after-all. Maybe they’re getting a good noon as a compensation for all the bullsh*t they’ve been through. “Jihyo-unnie! Wanna cha- AHHH!?” Well um… It seems like that’s not the case for their friend. Because rather than making eye-contact with Park Jihyo, they’re staring into the eyes of a goddamn panda. And the poor panda looks as if its soul has been right out of its slumping body. “W-What the heck happened to you, unnie?!” Kim Dahyun calls out as they barge straight inside, ignoring the curious stares of their bystanding schoolmates. “You look like you haven’t slept in 300 years- which wouldn’t even be possible!” “Seriously, the depth of your dark circles might be a new world record.” Chaeyoung also comments, sincerely being concerned for the girl despite of sounding the exact opposite. “Did something bad happen after our call?” The student council president doesn’t respond to either of their questions, since she’s already using her entire energy on keeping herself awake. Her dead, zoned-out looking gaze results in her pale friend to turn even paler, now placing both hands on either side of her shoulders. “Oh my God- please don’t die on us, Jihyo-unnie!” Dahyun proceeds to cry out while shaking her friend back and forth, “I’m sorry that you had to clean up after all of our messes! I swear we’ll be good students from now on, so please come back to us! Don’t let Jesus-nim take you to heaven just yet!” “Oi- you can’t just try and shake her back to life, !” Chaeyoung snaps before she quickly pulls Dahyun away by her uniform collar, treating her like an annoyingly hyperactive puppy whilst saving Jihyo from getting a whiplash. “She’s a person, not a freakin’ glowstick!” “B-But what are we suppose to-” Suddenly, when they least expects it, Park Jihyo makes her first sound ever since she arrived to class. Her weak sigh alone is enough to stop their mini bickering, and she ends up surprising them by slowly parting her lips. While smushing her face with both hands, she asks faintly, “Where’s your new classmate… did everything go smoothly this morning…?” “Bruh, don’t even get me started…” Chaeyoung groans as soon as she hears the question, “I feel tired just from thinking about it…” “Welcome back, and uh… we probably earned ourselves the craziest experience we’ll ever get in our student lives- which is hella wild coming from us, as you’d know.” Dahyun doesn’t forget to greet their resurrected friend before instantly agreeing with Chaeyoung, nodding her head furiously. Park Jihyo can only raise an eyebrow slightly upon taking in their weird reactions, having no idea to what the reasons can be. They are the notorious Tom & Jerry duo of Class 206, so to say they’ve already experienced their craziest moment is a pretty bold statement. Hell, they got to meet three Japanese royalties, their giant squad of bodyguards, and got a front-seat view of someone getting knocked out cold by a freakin’ basketball- which all happened in a single evening, motherf*cking yesterday after-school. How is anything supposed to top that? Now making themselves comfortable in a class that’s not even theirs, both Dahyun and Chaeyoung proceed to occupy two surrounding seats. They share a glance as if they’re discussing on who should spill the tea first (even though they were there to gain some tea from Jihyo themselves), with Dahyun volunteering herself in the end… because she knows there’s a good chance the other girl would exaggerate the story to the point it becomes a goddamn tale instead. “I don’t know when you got to school, Jihyo-unnie, but our morning started off with a goddamn scene…” Everything was normal when the shorties walked past the school gates, still half-asleep and silently cursing the school for making them get up so early. Since both of their brains weren’t functioning just yet, they honestly forgot about the fact that three new students were going to start attending their classes today (which was a rather impressing feat, considering all the chaos they had gone through for the three new students’ sake). Hence, when an oddly-familiar limousine pulled up to their school, their jaws dropped straight to the ground as others flock towards the vehicle. The commotion was a given since nobody else knew about the transfer students, let alone the fact they’ re freakin’ rich princesses. Amongst the students, only the members of the student council and the appointed tour guides knew about their arrival beforehand. But what truly shocked the duo was the girls’ boldness, because um… didn’t they want to experience the life of a commoner? Who the heck goes to school in a freakin’ limo, or was this actually normal in Japan??? Won’t that cause awful traffic though??? Obviously, the luxurious vehicle alone was capable of making the students talk up a storm, so one can imagine the level of chaos at the scene when a man got out from the shot-gun seat and opened the back door with his gloved hands, with three goddess-looking females soon emerging from within. It was like a scene straight from the Oscars red carpet, but instead of having the paparazzi shooting the stars with their high-definition, cannon-looking DSLRs, they had a crowd of nosey, hormonal teenagers taking pictures with their sh*t-quality phones. To make matters worse (for the two juniors, that is), the princesses were somehow capable of spotting them amongst the sea of people. The Minatozaki princess even gave them a wave, immediately causing the crowd to snap their heads towards the duo’s direction. Kim Dahyun almost shat herself on the spot, and the princesses’ next move unfortunately didn’t make things any bette
