Sehun runs from an abused past, going from city to city as he tries to find himself. One night, he falls asleep, awakening in a prison cell on a ship. In the world, there is a very quiet and secretive group that only a few know of. They're figures in the shadow, they're in the corner of many eyes but never actually seen. The Harbingers. They give Sehun a choice; join them or be executed for crimes he's unsure he did. With little choice, he decides to join as they sail for the dark and hidden island of EXO. There awaits him a place to learn, his dark future, and, perhaps, falling in love.
