Moon Byul-Yi's POV

I gave up after a few tries. I got out of my car as soon as I turned off its engine. I took a moment of silence to rethink about everything I went through. It all happens so fast. I listened in as the monsters endlessly pounded on the garage door. I unconsciously palmed my ears in my poor attempt to drawn them out. I shut my eyes until all I saw was my family. It somehow calmed me down. I took a few deep breaths before I reopened my eyes. It's okay.

We might have thousands of miles in between us, at the moment, but I just knew that they were still alive. I could not afford to lose my sanity when they were out there without me. They're with Yoon-Do, after all. I could count on him. He was a fool for them, unlike me, he would always put them first. I suddenly felt guiltier for what became of me and my wife over the years, after everything I put her through, after I carelessly let go of those two little hands.
