A month has passed. Chaewon supposed to leave Korea three weeks ago but due to technical problems, her trip being post-pone up until now. 

Every day, she wished for a miracle where a day Yuri would realize Yena wasn't for her would come but every single day, all she could see was how happy Yuri was every time Yena was around her. 

Chaewon was speechless. No matter what  she did, Yuri just plainly being born to be in love with Yena and not her. 

Today too, as usual, Chaewon had put on her casual outfits as she had a Japanese language class to attend. 

To be in Japan, that's mean she needs to strengthen her language for it. Well, she did have a basic on the language such as thank you, hi and others but since she will be working there for how long she didn't know, she does need her survival kits. 

"Chaewon," A head popped out in front of her room. 

Chaewon who was spacing out, staring into her reflection in the mirror didn't notice the younger girl appearance there. 

Yuri had frowned her eyebrows when Chaewon didn't answer her call, "Kim Chaewon," She raised her voice a little bit and only then Chaewon toss back her head. 

She was startled to see Yuri was currently in her wedding dress that she will wear in a week. Time sure does flies so fast. 

It's about the time for Chaewon to let go of her feelings and move on with her life, huh? 

Chaewon clamped her lower lips, looking anxious, "Yes? Is there anything I could do for you?" 

Yuri pouted her lips as she crossed her arms, "You should be happy for me that I'm getting married in a week. Why do you look so down?" She complained. 

Chaewon had forced a slight smile to form on her lips, "Just, it's quite hard to understand Japanese," She offered a lame excuse that everyone could detect she's lying; maybe not Jo Yuri. 

"You're lying." She stunned when that particular word came out from Yuri's lips. Yuri who never care about the lie Chaewon told her and just decided to believe in her, suddenly questioning her statement. 

Yuri heaved out a profound sigh before she made her way to the bed not too far from where Chaewon sits. She looked at the girl with an expectant expression that Chaewon could definitely state what's on her mind instead of being secretive like she habitually did. 

Every so often, Yuri hopes Chaewon would be more honest on her feelings. If she ever tells Yuri to leave Yena, she will probably do it because Chaewon knows the best for her. 

But... the only time Chaewon held onto her when she's already decided to see Yena and resolve all of it at once. 

Who knows Yena would propose to her? 

And who knows... Yuri would agree to it? 

"Are you free?" Yuri decided to propose another question when the girl chose to keep quiet, refusing to issue any comments on her previous inquiries. 

Chaewon looked at the younger girl with her vacant expression, "I'll be busy with my class. Why?" 

Honestly saying, Chaewon didn't have any Japanese class today, just, she knows what Yuri was going to do today and Chaewon sure she didn't want to tag along. 

Though... Yuri will surely invite her as well. However, she's still her closest friend. 

"Oh, really? I thought I wanted to bring you to our wedding hall." 

Yuri clamped tightly both of her lips, wanting to say more but she chose not to utter it out loud, "Then it's okay. I will just go with Yena," She clenched the dress as she stood up from the bed, "Have a good day today, Chaewon," Yuri smiled. 

Chaewon gritted her teeth as she gathered the courage that seems had been missing for weeks, "Jo Yuri," She sternly called for her name. 

Yuri quickly turned her head, anticipating as if Chaewon will change her mind and follow her to the hall today. 

As soon as her eyes met Yuri's, Chaewon automatically went speechless. She stared into her eyes, wanting to declare something, but she knows it's almost impossible for her to do it. 

Can't you just stay with me? Just don't get married to her. She's not the one for you, Yuri. I'm the one who should be by your side and not her. Yuri, can't you see me? 

"Chaewon?" The younger startled when she detected tears started to form in the girl's eyes. 

Chaewon quickly twinkled her eyes, allowing a tear escaped, "Ah, nothing. It's just, I'm happy that you're getting married," She hastily wiped the liquid running down her cheeks, "I---I need to go," Chaewon purposedly took a peek on her wristwatch as she grabbed her  backpack and evacuated her room.
