Chaewon woke up to have her arms feeling sore. She slowly opened her eyes and glanced stealthily at her left side just to see there's someone laying on her arms.

Oh.

The only response she could give as she instantly recognized the figure.

Right.

Yuri came to her house a day before with tears miserably running down her rosy cheeks tearfully telling Chaewon that she broke up with Yena.

Again.

Chaewon already had lost count of how many times they broke up because it has always been the same. The cycle has been repeated for too many times, and Chaewon at present get used to it.

She heaved out a sigh when she remembered how broken the younger girl looked like when she came yesterday.

She would routinely go to the bed early but that night, surprisingly she didn't feel drowsy at all.

Chaewon decided to watch some dramas she never watched before. She never really fond of watching dramas because it's all nonsense especially when it comes to love stories.

None of it will become true in real life.

It will purely make her standards become higher, though.

Or in fact, Chaewon, herself never try to fall in love with anyone. Along with her life, she neither had anyone special in her heart nor she had a plan to do so.

She had adequately prepared a packet of instant noodles with some kimchi she bought at the mart last week with Yuri. Habitually, Yuri would typically accompany to buy living necessities for her house because Yuri practically lives in the house.

Only when she broke up with Yena.

Well, we could say, Chaewon's house most likely becomes a place for Yuri to recover herself from heartbreaks.

The two of them know each other while they're still in university.

Chaewon was one year older than Yuri which makes her be the younger girl's senior. Yuri came from Busan so it was kind of awkward for her to get used with way of life in Seoul.

Apparently, Chaewon just has to be there as the club president Yuri was in and she naturally started to pay extra attention towards the little girl who looked like a lost lamb most of the times.

And here they are now, still together.

Chaewon was busy had her eyes constantly looking at the television while devouring the noodles before it becomes soggy.

Suddenly she could hear her doorbell rang. Her eyes automatically fell on the clock hung against the wall on top of the television, and she couldn't help but frown.

It's almost midnight so there's no one should be here somehow.

Chaewon lazily forced herself to go to the front door and unlocked it just to perceive a really familiar figure, "Jo Yuri, why don't you just come in?" She looked at the helpless girl in front of her with her swollen eyes as if she had cried for hours.

As soon as Yuri marked Chaewon's face, she cried even more, "Chaewon," She threw herself into the older girl's embrace and there's nothing Chaewon could do other than to accept it.

Little thing she didn't realize, it actually pierces her heart to witness Yuri being heartbroken every single time. But then, Chaewon genuinely thought it was just a mere feeling someone would experience every time they saw their friends in despair.

For the whole night, Chaewon tried to calm the girl down without fail.

She had an important work to attend the next day, but she sacrificed her sleep for a girl she had already treated as her sister. She didn't mind at all; it's for Jo Yuri after all.

Someone that she cares the most.

"Tell me, what happened?" Chaewon had tenderly wiped the tears running down the girl's cheeks with her eyes locked on Yuri.

Yuri tightly clamped her lips as she sobbed, "Ye--Yena, she asked for a break-up."

"Then, what would your answer be?"

It's obvious, but Chaewon couldn't help but ask for it.

Yuri pouted her lips, "Obviously, I would say okay," She justly complained, "Why do I have to say that every single time? Why can't I say no to it?"

"You know she will sooner or later find for you again," The older girl assured her with warm words.

Somehow, she knows the two of them will reconcile again but... Chaewon just couldn't a
