A man with shattered tissue and bleeding arm was rushed by the paramedic into the emergency units at the west wing of a hospital. He was breathing hard and blood pouring from his head. A car accident almost killed him but he knew something worse was killing him. It was inside him and he couldn’t ask for anyone help because he was muted by ‘it’ already.

“What’s his condition?” a man in white coat asked.

“His temperature is dropping fast, he has heart failure and internal bleedings…we did all we could. It’s hard to say he is going to last another five minutes…” a nurse said to the doctor.

“OK, try to make it less painful for him, thanks Junsu ah…” the doctor said, he knew what Junsu said was 100% true.

“No problem at all, Yoochun ah,” Junsu gave a weak but warming smile. So the nurse gave sedative and some other medicine to lessen the pain. The man died in two minutes. The corpse was taken to another room to be cleaned. Junsu just hoped they could find the family soon.

Meanwhile at the east wing, another terrible thing happened. A seventeen-year-old girl cried her lungs out. She was devastated.

“I’m sorry, I wish I could do better than this…” a doctor spoke with guilt.

“No, Jaejoong-sshi…You have done enough, more than enough…” the girl cried,” So, how much time I got?”

“Because your cancer has reached the last stadium, I think it’s about 2 to 3 months…I’m really sorry…” Jaejoong spoke.

The girl said thanks to Jaejoong as she left. Jaejoong was feeling the worse emotion he hated in the morning. He knew this would happen anytime. People were dying in front of him every day, every single hour, and every second. He had to admit, being an oncologist was sometime pain in the neck. He also had to admit, he loved the job because he could help people.

Another scene was also taking place in this hospital, right on the 3^rd floor of the building. A man was singing his favorite song as he swept the stairs. He was no other but a janitor with a nametag written ‘Shim Changmin’. He loved his job in this hospital because it had cool paying and he needed a job for his daily needs. He was no other but one of the scholar at the nearest university.

The hospital seemed well-function and the people inside could do their job dearly. But what if something happened? Something really bad that it could kill anyone in hospital? Something that even any doctor couldn’t fight?
