Siwon is so excited that his mate is going to have a baby but Yesung isn’t very happy. His legs are getting swollen almost every day, also his belly is growing and hurts his back. Yesung hates that every piece of his body hurts but Siwon is taking the best care about him. He is bringing him fresh water and delicious meals, massages his small feet and simply turns only around his small omega. Shindong decided to stay in the palace so he can take care of Yesung which brings peace to alpha Kim. Yesung can’t find peace because he doesn’t know what being pregnant means. There isn’t his mom who should tell him something and he is too shy to ask Shindong. So one morning he almost got a heart attack after waking up and finding a where was his . 

Everyone ran in his bedroom because of his loud screaming. Siwon is staring in between Yesung’s legs and doesn’t know why did this happen. Heechul is guiding Shindong in the bedroom and the physician calmed them down. 

“It is normal. His body is preparing for giving birth.”

Yesung is staring on his and whined. He doesn’t like this! Yesung is on edge of tears when Siwon wrapped his arm around his waist and kissed his cheek. 

“You are so beautiful and I am going to say it to you every day.”

Yesung calmed down a bit and dealt with his new body. After few months he can’t wait for seeing his babies. Yes, babies. Shindong felt his stomach and said that he is having twins. Siwon is kissed Yesung and his unborn babies every morning and imagines how being a father feels. He knows that he isn’t going to be like Yesung’s father, he wants to be like Leeteuk. Kind, calm and loving father no matter what but he is going to avoid spoiling his kids like Leeteuk spoiled Kyuhyun. 

After nine months of waiting the night when Siwon and Yesung are going to become parents. Yesung woke up before midnight because of sharp pain and then realized that his time has came. Siwon ran to get Heechul and Shindong while Yesung is gripping bedsheets and moans in pain. When Heechul and Shindong came they said that the babies are preparing for coming into this world but that it could take few hours until Yesung will give birth to them. 

Now it is evening again and Yesung has ran out of strength. Almost twenty hours of cruel pain left him completely exhausted and his babies still aren’t here. Yesung is limply lying in their bed while Siwon is refreshing him with cold water. Siwon is gripping small hand of his lover and watches him squirming in pain. How he wishes to take away his pain but it isn’t possible. 

“You are so brave Yesung.”

Siwon kissed his forehead and Yesung looked at him with his red swollen eyes.

“I .... can’t.”

Yesung is begging him to do something and Siwon fights with tears. Suddenly Yesung roared in pain and arched his back. His brothers and father are listening to his suffering and wait for some news. Alpha Kim remembers the nights when his wife gave birth to their sons. She was beta so it wasn’t so hard for her like for omega Yesung. His wife was strong and he was so happy after she gave him two strong sons. Then she even gave birth to a third son when was everyone thinking that she is too old. When he was holding Jongwoon for the first time he feels such a huge wave of responsibility. Kangin and Sungmin are able to take care of themself while Jongwoon was so tiny and fragile. Yes, he was and still is beautiful but he won’t survive on his own and alpha Kim has to admit, he doesn’t want to but it is true, that Siwon is great mate for the small omega.

Meanwhile Shindong grabs Heechul shoulder and panics a bit.

“Heechul, you need to cut the space between his and vulva!”

Siwon doesn’t know where they want to cut Yesung but believes them. Heechul is crying because he helped to give birth many times but it was never like this. They all know that not many omegas survive giving birth, it is too much for their delicate bodies. Yesung is yelling in pain and Shindong grabbed a small bottle and piece of cloth. He poured some liquid from the bottle on the cloth and then pressed it over Yesung’s mouth and nose. Yesung feels sleepy after a while and closed his eyes. Shindong grabbed a small but sharp knife and holds it up toward Heechul.

“Do it now or we are going to lose both him and the babies!”

Heechul cries but lifted the blanket and spreads Yesung’s legs. He takes every bit of his courage and cut. Shindong feels with his hands where are the babies inside Yesung and then gently starts to massage the bulge. Finally after a while  a head of the baby peeked out and Heechul helped the baby to get into this world. Suddenly Heechul realized that the baby looks weird. It is a girl but she is too tiny and Heechul can’t find her heartbeat. 

“She is dead …”

Heechul shows the baby girl to Siwon who carefully takes her in his hands. She is beautiful and Siwon started to cry before a sharp cry disturbed them. The second baby is out and it’s a boy. The baby is crying and they see that he is much more bigger than his dead sister and they know what is means. Siwon’s and Yesung’s son is an alpha, that’s why was the second baby dead. The alpha baby in Yesung’s belly took all the nutrition from his sister because it was his instinct to get strong. Siwon left the room and showed the dead baby to them. Kangin, Sungmin and Kim are staring on the small baby and then Sungmin carefully takes her from his hands.

“Let me take care of her, Yesung needs you now.”

Siwon nodded and walked back in the bedroom. Heechul handed the baby boy to Siwon and turned back to Yesung. The boy was too big for Yesung and ripped him open so now the omega is bleeding quite a lot. Heechul’s hands are shaking but he takes a needle and thread to treat the wound and sobs because of the hot blood sticking to his skin. Heechul has never seen this before, he helped to give birth to few women but none of them has such a problems. Heechul sewed the cut and then stares on Yesung’s unmoving body. Shindong laid his finger on Yesung’s neck and feels his slow, weak heartbeat. 

“He is in coma.”

Shindong was afraid that this will happen because the omega was bleeding too much. Heechul takes the baby from Siwon and started to carefully wash him.

“What about his name?”

Siwon looked on his son and smiled.

“Yesung wanted to name him Ryeowook.”

Heechul washed Ryeowook and then swaddled him in a blanket. There is already a bassinet waiting for him and Heechul carefully laid him inside. Now they need to take care of Yesung. Heechul and Siwon washed him and then dressed him in clean clothes. They tucked the omega under blanket and his son needs to eat now. Heechul exposed Yesung’s chest and Siwon comes with crying Ryeowook.

“Love, our baby is hungry.”

Yesung’s body responds to Ryeowook’s crying and drops off milk appeared on tips of his s. Ryeowook is hungrily on them and fills his little tummy while Siwon and Heechul are watching him. Ryeowook is really cute and he is his son but still Siwon thinks that he has to learn how to fully love him after seeing what he did to Yesung and to his sister.
