Tiffany

Shame (SKAM)

A shoulder bumped into her and Tiffany stumbled, spilling some of her drink on her dress. The girls, who looked way too young to even be there, gave her a head-to-toe scan before giving each other a knowing look that made Tiffany's stomach squirm. They went off, giggling amongst themselves, but not without giving Tiffany one last judging look over their shoulders and exchanging a look that made Tiffany regret coming there even more.

It's funny... How a place she had always felt most confident in was now making her feel more and more suffocated with every passing minute.

After a pitiful attempt to dry her dress, Tiffany took a deep breath and braved her way to the crowd. She bobbed her head to the music, all the while distractedly scanning the crowd; eager to find that familiar face.

The only reason she went there for.

She saw her by the bar, twirling a few strands of her hair with a finger and flirting with the bartender. She looked older than she actually was, smiled wider than she ought to, acted like she's better than everyone else, whilst in fact she's nothing more mature than the insecure young teenager she was when Tiffany first met her. Face smeared with makeup Tiffany taught her how to put on and dressed in the style Tiffany made for her. Looking at her now made Tiffany loathe herself for destroying the cute bumbling mess the girl used to be and replacing it with something that reflected just what kind of person Tiffany was before karma came for her. The sincerity and the friendship the girl used to offer was now gone.  There's only hatred, guise, and betrayal. And maybe, a pinch of loneliness lurking just below the surface. The kind of loneliness that struck people who've been betrayed by their own best friend.

Downing her drink up to the last drop to gather a bit more courage, Tiffany took a deep breath and made her way to her.

"Bora," Bora's expression shifted from amused to disgusted the moment her eyes found Tiffany. The sight almost made Tiffany flinch, "Look. Can we-"

"Get lost, Tiffany," Tiffany had to bite her tongue when Bora quickly reached for her drink and intentionally bumped into her shoulders as she walked past her. It hurt but Tiffany couldn't blame Bora for that. She deserved it.

Shaking her head, as if to disobey what voice of cowardice whispering on her ears,  she tried again and quickly reached for the girl's wrist before the girl could go further. "You know we can't keep ignoring each other and not talk about what happened."

Bora faced her then, almost begrudgingly so. And Tiffany took the vileness in latter's eyes willingly, holding the girl's gaze even when all she wanted to do was hide, knowing that just letting the words out would make her feel vulnerable.

"I miss you, Bora."

There was silence between them before Bora finally broke into malicious laughs, as if what Tiffany just said was too ridiculous to even stop and think about. "Hearing you say things like that disgusts me," she spatted and turned away again. Tiffany followed her, desperately now. She would have climbed a mountain if Bora would demand it, as long as it would mean she could mend their friendship back.

"Bora, please.  If you would just... Just give me  a chance to explain. I didn't mean to hurt you, I really didn't. I wasn't thinking. I-"

Bora stopped there, only to look at Tiffany with contempt. "Acting like a lost puppy and following me everywhere wouldn't make you less of a , Tiffany."

Tiffany felt it fall.

The last thread.

Her spirit sank as she watched Bora walk away.

She didn't dare stop her this time.

A girl approached Bora to tell her about a girl called Yoona. She sent Tiffany a curious look before ushering Bora away. It wasn't surprised that Bora didn't even look back.

She taught Bora too well.

--

Regret clouded Tiffany's heart. She felt so pathetic. She was just trying to make things right but Bora wouldn't let her.

"How funny is your friend." The voice a girl caught Tiffany's attention, stopping her thoughts where they should have ended a long time ago.

Tiffany raised an eyebrow at the girl curiously, quickly brushing her cheeks, worried she might have shed tears unknowingly.

The girl just looked at her straight in the eyes, looking rather amused. The petite girl has pixie hair and the prettiest pouty lips Tiffany had ever seen in her life. "Did you know that girls who call other girls have a 90% higher risk of getting chlamydia?"

"Seriously?"

"No." The girl broke into a smile. Taking a sip of her drink, she reached for the other glass on the counter and passed the drink to Tiffany, "But if you're lucky, she'll come to school with a thrush by Monday, so I say let's cheers to that. Drink up. This one's on me," She raised her glass with a smirk, and gestured to the drink on Tiffany's hand, " Cheers to you, ..?"  She gave Tiffany an expectant look, smile stretching, making the top of her lips almost disappear.

Tiffany thought it's cute.

The girl cleared and Tiffany realized she'd been staring. "I was asking what your name was."

Tiffany looked down to hide her embarrassment. She felt her cheeks getting warmer just from the thought that the girl was aware that she was ogling at her. "Ti-Tiffany. Tiffany Hwang," she stuttered before adding, "I'm new."

The girl's smile widened, "Me, too." Then she went and bumped her glass on to Tiffany's without warning, that Tiffany almost dropped hers.  "For better days to come! Cheers?"

"Yeah. Cheers ... I guess."

The girl just smiled. "Well, Fany, if you don't mind. This party is definitely a bore so I'm going home. I hope you enjoy the rest of the night."

She winked at Tiffany before turning to go.

After a few steps, she looked at Tiffany over her shoulder and shouted, "I'm Sunny, by the way. Nice meeting you!"

And then she's gone.

--

Alcohol was Tiffany's best friend. Had always been. Alcohol in her body, warm of the bodies bumping on her on the dance floor, and the hype from the adrenaline in her blood, numbing her senses, even just for a little while; Tiffany never had it better.

Tiffany missed this. All of it. Deafening music dulling her voice of reason., Tiffany took another sip of her drink and wondered how people could demonize such a fun activity. It's exercise. It's good for the heart and certainly better than working one's day and night away or wasting away, waiting for the people who left you to come back and expect that they could just pick you up where they had left you, whenever they want to.

A vibration from her bag called for Tiffany's attention, just as she caught the eyes of a hot guy eyeing her from the other side of the dance floor. He gave her a debonair smile which she couldn't help but smile back to. It's always nice to know that someone found her desirable. Even though it's the wrong person, and the right one was worrying for her from the other line of her phone, asking if she's fine.

--

"Fany-ah, wait!"

Tiffany evaded Taeyeon when the girl hurried to her side. She had been waiting for her. "What do you want, Taeyeon?" She continued walking ahead.

Taeyeon huffed in frustration, following after her. "What do I want, you ask? We're supposed to meet in the cabin last Saturday. Does that ring a bell? And you didn't come. We were worried! And you weren't answering your phone. We've been waiting for you until yesterday morning!"

"I gave you the key, Taeyeon. You didn't have to wait for me. Besides, you used the cabin anyway. Even without me there."

"Not wait- ? This was our plan, remember? You're supposed to be there!"

"No, I don't. You should have gone to me if you really want me there. You did that for Jessica's sister once. I'm sure you'd do that for me, too, if you really wanted to. And, no! This was not our plan. Especially the part when you invite your new recruits with us and turn this weekend getaway to an extension of your club's weekly gathering of bright minds. Our plan was to go to the cabin alone and have a nice relaxing weekend together and talk about the things that actually mattered to us. I'm not spending my week listening to you guys talk about your imposing stand on feminism, and how you are so woke, discussing about the unfairness of the society and patriarchy, which after my own point of view, you will never ever change because all you guys do is talk, without actually doing something about it!"

"Tiffany, how many times do I have to explain this. I told you it's the only weekend the freshmen can come and-"

"Nope," Tiffany raised her hand to Taeyeon's face."I'm not listening to this again. I know you explained it before. I couldn't count the number of times with my fingers. And not because you explained, you; the logical and rational other half of this relationship, doesn't mean it would suddenly make sense that you changed everything about our plan without giving my opinion any consideration. To be honest, I'm not even surprised if you didn't even wonder about what I would think.  Must be nice, isn't it?"  Tiffany mumbled the next words, "Having Jessica there all night with you together with your young group of modern les révolutionnaires, talking about changing the world."

For a second Taeyeon just looked at her like she's a hopeless case before sighing in resignation, voice suddenly softer and patronizing, "Come on, Fany. Where is this drama really coming from? Is this about Jessica again? I thought you're okay about her coming with us. She messaged you, didn't she?"

"Yes, she did. And no, this is not about Jessica."  Tiffany hated this. Taeyeon was so good taking the part of the argument, which she can win, and making it the focus of the discussion whilst ignoring the rest of what she had said, like none of them really mattered.

"What is it about then? Tell me."

Tiffany hated repeating herself. It was there. She told the ing thing, Taeyeon just had to listen, and now Taeyeon demands her to spell it to her. "No. I'm done. I don't want to talk about this right now, Tae."

"Why not? Come on, Tiffany. Tell me, please," Her voice was pleading now and Tiffany just had to stop. She couldn't dare look at Taeyeon, but Taeyeon got so near, defying her barriers one again, and cupped her cheeks to make her look at her. Tiffany cursed inside. She knew that one look at those eyes, and she would give in. Taeyeon does that to her.

Tiffany took a deep breath, readying herself.

Before the students' whispering and commotion currently happening behind Taeyeon caught her gaze. Her eyes widened when she followed the student's line of sight and saw the end of it.

It was him.

Nickhun.

Behind him was Taecyeon, Wooyoung and Chansung. They always stay together. Like a cliché. They're a year above Tiffany's and Taeyeon's but they never seemed to outgrow the childishness of only hanging out in the circle of their own gender.

Tiffany immediately turned away when Nickhun caught her gaze. He smirked at them and she felt Taeyeon stiffening beside her. The latter's grasp on Tiffany loosened until she's not holding on to her at all. It made Tiffany panic.

"They're all so handsome aren't they?"

A stranger's voice distracted both of them just as Tiffany was about to reach for Taeyeon's hand. Baffled, they both turned to see where the dreamy sigh came from.

They didn't realize that there were three girls standing just a few meters away from them. Two of them were craning their neck to watch Nickhun and his friends goof around. while the third one stood solemnly behind them.

"Yoona, can you please stop drooling. That wouldn't help you catch his attention at all!" The small blonde girl exclaimed at the tall lanky one. "Oh sorry. Did we disturb you?" She asked when she caught Taeyeon and Tiffany looking at them. Unnecessarily, she jumped off the bench she was standing on and approached them, "Hi, I'm Hyoyeon." She flashed a smile so wide, it was obvious that she was oblivious of fact that she was intruding .She nonchalantly gave Tiffany a handshake before pointing to the girl that was beside her. "That is Yoona. She wants to sleep with Nickhun."

Tiffany fought her sudden urge to cough. and turned to look at Yoona real hard. She didn't look that stupid. "O-okay..... and hi, I'm Tiffany," Tiffany stuttered, bowing hesitantly to both of them. Hyoyeon only smiled wider, while Yoona waved at her absently, too busy ogling at Nickhun to look at her.

"Taeyeon," Taeyeon said dismissively to Hyoyeon and shook her hand as a courtesy, before leaning into Tiffany's ears. "We'll talk about this later."

She gave Tiffany a peck on the lips, which Tiffany received coldly.

"See you around, Hyoyeon."

"Sure, see you," Hyoyeon bobbed at her absently, eyes already back to ogling.

Meanwhile, Tiffany couldn't help but notice the other girl beside Yoona, looking at Tiffany like she'd seen a ghost. "What's up with her?"

"Oh, that's Sooyoung. She's also new. Don't mind her, though. She grew up a little too sheltered."

Tiffany knew what Hyoyeon meant by that. Still, she found Sooyoung's blatant staring uncomfortable.

"Anyway, I have to go now. I have a class starting soon. Nice, meeting you all."

Tiffany turned to go when Hyoyeon called her attention back. "Wait. Wait. You're one of the kids from the annex school, right? I think I saw you at the party last night. You were talking to Bora. Are you friends with her?"

The mere mention of Bora made Tiffany irk. "No, not actually, but I know her from way back. Why'd you ask?"

"Well, we're throwing a coming out party for Sooyoung. I was thinking maybe you want to come?"

"Coming out- what?"

"Coming out party." She threw Sooyoung a look and received a sheepish smile from the girl. "She used to go to an all-girls Catholic boarding school, you see, and now she's finally out. This is her first co-ed school."

Tiffany paused to think about it. Looked at Hyoyeon expectant face, Yoona's naive one, and Sooyoung's lost expression. She almost said no but then she remembered the resolution she made with herself. Coming to think about it now, they didn't seem so bad after all.

Shrugging her shoulders, Tiffany broke into a smile, "Sure, then. I'd love to come."

"Great! You're a member of the school's Facebook page right?" Tiffany nodded. "Then I'll just message you the details. And if you can, can you take Bora with you? Cause that would be very nice. But of course, only if you want to. The more the merrier."

Tiffany managed a smile. The way Hyoyeon kept mentioning Bora, and trying her best not to sound too eager, gave Tiffany an idea what Hyoyeon really wanted from her. She remembered the likes of Hyoyeon following Tiffany around before, trying to get on her good side.

Those days were over.

"Yeah, sure. I'm sure it'd be fun. See you there."

--

"HEYYY Tiffany!"

Oh no.

Tiffany tried the smile her biggest, knowing what's to come. She didn't even blink then both Key and Seohyun was in front of her, showcasing their biggest 'congratulations' face.

"You're in!"

"Huh?"

They took one of Tiffany's hands each. "You're in! You're now a member of the Theater club! We saw you come to the party last Friday and we're very pleased we decided we want you in our club. Isn't that cool? You're one of us now!" They hugged Tiffany in unison before pulling away and jumping in the air.

Tiffany stared at Key and Seohyun with a smile on her face and fright on her eyes, nodding along to their excited bouncing.

On the staircase below them, she noticed Taeyeon and Jessica watching them. Taeyeon was grinning like a dork while Jessica was looking at Tiffany judgingly, trying not to smile. Tiffany wanted badly to scream for help but then she remembered, she's angry at Taeyeon.

Key and Seohyun continued talking, filling Tiffany with the club schedule, Tiffany guessed. She wasn't really listening.

She saw Jessica elbow Taeyeon on the side and then her girlfriend shook her head and finally began heading down. Jessica waved at her mockingly before following Taeyeon. Tiffany swears to all the gods, one day, she's gonna end her.

"Tiffanyyyyyyyyy" A wailing cry and then suddenly somebody was hugging Tiffany from behind. "I've been looking all over for you," she mumbled and let a series of exaggerated sobs. Tiffany looked over her shoulder and saw the top of familiar pixie hair.

"Sunny?"

"Of course, it's me! Who else!" She wailed again, almost whiningly so then burrowed her head on Tiffany's shoulder. "It's over. He ended it this morning. What am I going to do, Fany-ah? Why does this keep happening to me? Whyyy-"

Tiffany hugged the girl, confused at first. She shot Key and Seohyun with an apologetic smile as she held the girl.

And then she finally understood.

"It's okay, Sunny. I'm here now. You know you can talk to me," Tiffany cooed at Sunny, putting on what's probably the most pathetic excuse for a sympathetic face anyone had ever come up with.

Another series of fake sobs before Sunny looked up to glare at Key and Seohyun, who stood too flabbergasted to say anything when Sunny shouted, "What are you two still even doing here?! Can't you see I'm crying?!!"

They stepped back in surprise before scampering down the stairs.

When they're finally gone, Tiffany tapped Sunny's back and the girl straightened and dried her tears as nothing happened.

"Let's go."

"Let's go where?"

Tiffany didn't even refuse when the girl hooked her arms on her. She didn't know if she could, to be honest.

"Cafeteria, of course." Sunny shot her a cheeky smile and winked, "You owe me two croissants and a cup of coffee."

--

"I added you on facebook. Did you see?"

"Yes. Request accepted."

"I know, but didn't you see my messages?"

"You only sent me a bunch of emoticons. What message."

--

Tiffany felt alive.

Hyoyeon and Yoona joined her and Sunny once they were in the cafeteria. Tiffany watched Sunny listen amusedly to Hyoyeon and Yoona blabbing about parties and updating Sunny and her about who's hooking up with who in the school. The two were apparently both boy and party crazy.

Tiffany had almost forgotten the feeling of meeting and hanging out with new people, talking about the nuisance of life, and gossiping about boys, girls, and somebody else's life. She had almost forgotten how easy it was and how much she actually enjoyed easy conversations like this. It's like being in touch with her younger and much more naive self. Tiffany was not saying she's a matured woman now but what happened between her and Bora really was like a slap of reality in her face that forced her to grow up, even if it's only a little.

Sooyoung joined in after a while, timidly taking the seat beside Sunny, not before giving the girl an awkward bow. She smoothed her skirt self-consciously, before turning her attention to Hyoyeon's antics. Hyoyeon paused to ask how Sooyoung's prayer group meeting went. Sooyoung's face lightened up, telling Hyoyeon about the new people she met.

From the corner of the table, Sunny gave Tiffany a knowing look, before eyeing Sooyoung, who's shyly answering Yoona and Hyoyeon's all too enthusiastic questions. Tiffany had mentioned to Sunny that she's dating Taeyeon. She's probably intrigued by Sooyoung's seemingly atypical addition.

Tiffany only smiled in return, happiness radiating on her.

They're probably the most unlikely group of people Tiffany would typically hang out with, but Tiffany had a good feeling about this.

--

From the corner of her eye, Tiffany noticed Bora and her friends (her AND Tiffany's old friends) watching them from afar, with judging looks in their eyes and scowls that made Tiffany's face and hands turn cold.

They knew.

Fear.

At that moment, it registered in Tiffany how easily this bubble of happiness could be popped by one truth that Tiffany wanted so badly to erase.

--

The sun was already setting down when Tiffany reached the park. It was placed on top of a big hill located at the higher part of the city.  From where Tiffany sat, she could get a great view of  Seoul. Tiffany loved sitting there at night, the bright lights of the city serving as the backdrop of all the made up scenes that played on Tiffany's head, as she looked at the distance. Coming there was both relaxing and humbling. The place felt like a catalyst for her thoughts. Thoughts she tried to run away from and to never deal with ever again.

Taking a deep breath, Tiffany finally found the courage to look at her phone.

25 messages and 10 missed calls, all from Taeyeon.

And as if on cue, she heard the voice she both dreaded and longed for.

"If you really don't want me to find you, you should find a new secret place. I know you too well by now, Fany-ah."

Tiffany didn't need to look up to know where the gentle voice came from. Tucking her phone in her pocket, she looked straight ahead. Somewhere, in the distance laid the crumbles of the old school, where it all started.

"I've been trying to reach you but you're not answering. I was hoping to take you out to your favorite restaurant but now I changed my mind." Tiffany could almost hear the smile on Taeyeon's voice. She wanted to see it but didn't dare look back. Not yet. "Have you eaten anything for dinner yet?" Taeyeon inquired, quietly taking the space beside Tiffany. Her warmth made the cold night more bearable. Since the new school year started, even though spring was well on its way, it almost always felt like winter to Tiffany.

Taeyeon took out the box of kimbap without waiting for her reply. She laid out two chopsticks near where Tiffany's hand was, before opening the box and shoving a piece of kimbap into . Taeyeon chewed quietly as she joined Tiffany and watched the scenery.

After a few minutes of quiet chewing and swallowing and stealing glances on Tiffany's face, Taeyeon finally gave in.

"Look, I'm sorry. For whatever I did or did not do, I'm sorry."

Tiffany continued being quiet, staring; contemplating.

"Are you really not going to say anything? Tiffany, come on, I came all the way here straight from the school on a weekday- " Taeyeon stopped on her track when she saw Tiffany's jaw tightened. "I'm sorry. What I'm trying to say is I'm trying here, Fany-ah. Can you at least talk to me?" The resignation on Taeyeon's voice melted Tiffany's heart but it wasn't enough to make her open up. No. Not as easily as before. Instead, she chose to go for the topic that wouldn't let the night end in another fight.

"I made some friends today."

"Really? Was it the girls from this morning?" Taeyeon beamed, almost too enthusiastically, glad to finally get a response.

"Yeah."

"I think they're weird. And that girl... Yoona? She always looks like she's daydreaming."

Tiffany let out a chuckle, "Yeah. I think they're interesting though. I actually enjoyed hanging out with them." She smiled on her feet. Her toes were still tingling from the exhilaration of finally finding a place in the new school, she fitted in. It felt like  freedom. "It's funny. It was nice having new friends and all but it was also kind of sad.  I realized how much I've been missing the whole time."

Taeyeon's demeanor changed, though she tried not to let it show. She remained quiet but Tiffany could see through her.

"Did you ever regret choosing me to be with me, Taetae?"

Looking at how the facade Taeyeon's playing didn't flinch, Tiffany guessed Taeyeon had been expecting this question. She only gave Tiffany a glance before looking ahead again, like the topic wasn't worth her time. "Never."

Tiffany didn't buy it. "Bora was your friend, too. We three used to be inseparable. You were friends with her before you even met me. And I remember I had to bribe her with macaroons just to make her help me make you warm up to me. Remember how you disliked me before?"

A small smile appeared on Taeyeon's face. "Yeah. But can you blame me? You were obnoxious."

Tiffany let out a chuckle, watching the light of the city reflect on Taeyeon's eyes. "But still too cute. You couldn't resist me."

Taeyeon turned to her then, a serene expression on her face. Tiffany suddenly felt a strong urge to look away but she also didn't want to miss any of the seconds of moments like this, where Taeyeon's attention was fully on her and not on some project. "You were but you were also more than that. You were a go-getter, headstrong on your beliefs, even when they're not technically right... but I liked the fact that you still managed to be so warm. You always made sure everyone around you felt comfortable and always went out of your way when any of your friends needed help."

"Is it funny that I don't have any idea why you think of me like that? I don't remember being a goody two shoes but I do remember giving you half of my pizza once."

Now it was Taeyeon's turn to chuckle. "I remember that. I think you only gave it to me cause it had already gotten cold, though," she added teasingly.

Tiffany elbowed Taeyeon playfully, scooting a little bit nearer. Then they fell into silence, settling in just staring ahead as more lights in the scenery in front of them.

Slowly and hesitantly, Taeyeon reached for Tiffany's hand and held more surely when Tiffany didn't pull away.

"I think that's when I realized I'm in love with you."

Tiffany snorted and gave Taeyeon a playful glare. "Seriously, Tae! Because of pizza?" But she dropped it when Taeyeon's expression stayed serious.

"I still am. In love with you, I mean," Taeyeon looked down on their intertwined hands, almost shyly so. She gave Tiffany's hand a squeeze before finally holding Tiffany's gaze. "I ed up, Fany. I'm sorry." Pulling Tiffany's hand and putting it on her lap, Taeyeon caressed the back of Tiffany's hand with her thumb. "I thought about it; how ty you might have felt, being alone in a new school while your girlfriend spends most of her time away. I should have been more attentive and I should set more time for us. And I'm really sorry about the cabin. I was excited that our club was suddenly getting attention. That's rather rare, you see. I was scared they'd change their mind."

Tiffany sighed but didn't say anything. Though she still found it unfair, there's no choice but to let the issue go for now.

"It won't happen again. I promise," Taeyeon added as if she knew Tiffany was not convinced.

"Don't give me promises, Tae. You know how I feel about them."

"Yes, okay. But are we okay now? Fany?"

Sighing, Tiffany nodded, breaking into a reassuring smile.

Just like that Taeyeon let out a breath of relief before cupping Tiffany's face and leaning in for a kiss, "Thank you, Fany-ah," she whispered against Tiffany's lips, leaning her forehead on Tiffany's. "I love you."

"Me, too."

Something flashed on Taeyeon eyes that Tiffany's couldn't quite name. It disappeared as soon as it came and Tiffany didn't get the chance to ask more. Tiffany looked at her girlfriend confusedly when the latter pulled away.

"What is it, Tae?"

"Nothing.... Just... Have you told your mother about us?"

No. Tiffany wasn't ready for that. Not yet.

"Why are you asking me that all of the sudden, Tae? Is there something wrong?"

Taeyeon fell quite again before she muttered, "You're not ashamed of me, are you?" Suddenly Taeyeon looked her age, another lost and insecure teenager, like Tiffany, hungry for reassurance.

"Of course not, Tae! What made you think that?"

Technically, Tiffany wasn't lying. It wasn't Taeyeon she's ashamed of. Tiffany was ashamed of herself and of what she did. Up until now, she still regretted that Taeyeon had to be caught in the middle of the mess she made.

"When are you going to invite me over then? I mean... You invited your ex over one week after you two started dating, Tiff. We've been officially dating for 4 months now."

Tiffany could hear the insecurity in Taeyeon's voice. It reminded her of when she first kissed Taeyeon (or the first time she kissed Taeyeon sober) That day when Taeyeon refused to leave her side and ignored both the cold and their friend and Bora's calls, just so she could be with her. It was the day Taeyeon confessed to her. Told her that she wanted what happened and that Tiffany shouldn't blame herself alone for how things ended up to be.  If  Taeyeon could do everything all over again, she wouldn't change a thing. That's what Taeyeon told Tiffany that night.

Guilt still haunted Tiffany because those words were something Tiffany herself could never say.

Because Tiffany knew for sure that if she would be given a chance to go back in time and do everything over, she would never choose to do something that might hurt the people she loved ever again.

Even if it caused her her happiness.

Chapter 2: I have not watched SKAM and I probably won't either . I'm afraid that the characters in your story are based on some characters there and that would be a spoiler for me because I wouldn't be able to stop watching. I want to enjoy your story without second guessing what's happening next. The story already has me in its grip and it's only in the second chapter. I sure hope we get regular updates to whet my appetite for this story. Just make sure it ends as TaeNy cause separating them would be like a bullet in the head. Haha! Just joking (not)
