Centuries had passed and like any of her kind, she remains unchanged from the moment she was reborn. Yet, she has learned to adapt alongside everyone, enough not to be noticed. At least, that's what she thought. While werewolves have their packs, they[her kind] are lonesome creatures. Yes, there are times that they are able to form covens but it is rare. They still prefer to dwell in solitude. Though there was a time that she was not alone, perhaps what remained of her human side craved a companion. Sadly, her lover was one of the casualties when some of her people became lax and mortals discovered their existence. She couldn't have done anything to save her.

For her, time is a mere nuisance but in the past decade, she has found no reason to stay in the mortal world. Will she succumb to eternal sleep or will someone be able to reawaken her thirst?

I've always loved vampire stories and this is going to be my first attempt actually writing one. It's going to be based on my view about vampires though I am highly inspired by Anne Rice's works. She's the Queen of Vampire fiction in my opinion. I haven't decided about the other characters yet. I hope you'll read this fic with an open and critical mind.
