A/N: Hi so the recent oneshot I posted inspired on the dragon age series went better than I thought, and I have always wanted to write a full fic based on a video game series, and so I think I’ll try. This is just going to be an introduction of sorts to those of you who may not know the series.

Races: So there are 4 major races in this world. We have humans, elves, dwarves and qunari. Humans are humans they don’t wield any magic. Elves are able to wield magic depending on the situation if they have magic or not. There are two types of elves, the ones who grew up around humans, and the ones who roam freely called the Dalish, and they have tattoos signaling the differences. Dwarves are magic resistant but can’t use any.The qunari are tall bronze warriors, sometimes they have horns, and sometimes they do wield magic.

Classes/Specialization: The types of specialization depends on whether someone is a warrior, mage or rogue. Warriors can either be shield and sword, or two handed. Rogues can either use a bow and arrows, or twin daggers, and mages are the magic exclusive class usually using a staff but it’s not always necessary.

Seulgi: Seulgi is the main character and hero. She is a human noble warrior who uses a shield and sword. She is loyal, kind, warm and inspires those around her. She is sort of into her role as leader and takes that role seriously, even if she’s young and worried about her ability to handle this role. Her class specialization is champion and so she rallies the troops and inspires her team.

Irene: Irene is going to a elven mage who has been living in a circle tower (place where mages are forced to live once they are discovered to have magic) and is a bit of shy until you know her well, quiet, keeps to herself. But will be Seulgi’s love interest, and has a good knowledge of all sorts of spells. Irene is going to be a knight enchanter so she will wield a spectral blade in battle and have some offensive battles spells special to this class.

Sooyoung: Sooyoung is the qunari character. She will be a two handed warrior. She’s the fun party member says she’s in it for the loot and money, so more of a mercenary type of character but she does care even when she claims she doesn’t. Her specialization class is berserker which is what it sounds like going on a rampage in a fight.

Yerim: Yerim is a dwarf who hasn’t lived underground with other dwarfs and has done work as a smuggler. She has befriended all sorts of people and makes for a good contact in getting information. She’s a rogue who uses bow and arrows, and a troublemaker which definitely attracts Sooyoung to her and she to Sooyoung. She has the assassin specialization class which is what it sounds like assassinations in fights.

Seungwan: She is an elf too, but a dalish so she’s been out in the world traveling with her clan. She is a mage like Irene, and specialization will be necromancy, so being able to resurrect corpses. She becomes good friends with Seulgi when she gets rescued by the human and her team.

Jessica: She is a human rogue who also specializes in a bow and arrow. She is the spymaster of the organization and has a legion of spies who work for her and gain any and all information that will help the team. She works closely with hero Seulgi.

Tiffany: is the diplomat of the organization. She is in charge of greeting potential people who will become allies to the organization and is a human too. She is Jessica’s lover and also works closely with hero Seulgi.

Summer (aka Choi Sooyoung): I’m calling her summer here to not confuse with Joy and she will be the organization’s general who oversees the troops and also works with Seulgi, and is another human warrior that served in wars.

Okay these are the main characters but anyone else will be referenced/talked of/seen. Most of all I am using inspiration from the series but I don’t think it’ll be all like the game, but I will see how it goes. And will make notes in each chapter if there are things that might be confusing to people who haven’t heard of or played the series, it’s a really great series overall.

Couples for the fic are of course Seulrene and Joyri, maybe with some side Jeti. But Seulrene are the main focus. Warrior human Seul and elf mage Irene will be everything guys I’m telling you!
