The warm morning ray roused me from dreamless sleep. Spending a few seconds to blink away the grogginess from my sleep, I turned to my right, facing the existence whose presence I always seek.

I watched as she sleeps, the way her brows knitted together and the fluttering of her lashes as she dreamt. The sight made me bit the inside of my cheeks.

Without thinking much, I leaned closer and pressed a long soft kiss on her glabella. When I felt her frown eased, I ghosted my lips over her right eye to land a kiss on her mole, before dragging my lips lazily across her mochi cheeks to the tip of her nose and lastly a peck on her slight opened lips.

Pulling away and seeing that she was finally sleeping peacefully with a small smile gracing her lips made my lips twitched up. I stared for a while longer, feeling satisfied and giving myself a smirk, I went to the bathroom to freshen up.
