A/N: So, it's exam season for me now and I'm sure it's the same for some of you as well. I hope you're all in good health, doing good and slaying everything you do. Other than exams, I had so many final reports and projects due. I wrote this in between assignments and revision when I went on study/work breaks so I don't feel like it is my best work. However, I do hope that you all enjoy it.

Seeing Sana sad broke my heart so I'm thankful that she's healing well. I hope that as the girls prepare for their world domination, eh? I mean, world tour (but really, what's the difference right? Hehe) Anyway, I hope all of them will prepare well, be in good health and spirits and I wish them happiness, love and all things beautiful in life <3 

Tzuyu smiled and bowed politely as she passed a few staff members from the music show. The 9 piece ensemble made their way to their dressing room with Nayeon, Momo and Sana leading the pack. The three girls had started to dash their way in when Sana could no longer keep her tears at bay. Inside, the staff members and fellow idols didn’t question it and even gave them the space they needed. Everyone had understood the situation.

Because the three girls rushed through the halls to the dressing room, the other six took their time. They bowed politely to all staff members they passed, made sure to have kind and assuring smiles on their faces whenever a staff member or a colleague would look on in concern for their group member.

Tzuyu was the last of the 9 to enter the dressing room as she and Twice’s manager were briefly stopped by a staff who had informed them of the slight change in schedule for the day. Once she stepped into the dressing room, she found her other members by the couches, surrounding Sana.

They were speaking in hushed tones with each other. When Tzuyu got close enough, she caught Sana’s soft, “I’m okay.”

It completely broke her heart and Tzuyu knew it was the same for the rest of the girls too. Sana had always been the one who looked out for the rest of them. Whenever someone felt off, Sana would be the first one to catch it and check on them. That’s just who Sana is. The girl would go through great lengths to put a smile on the faces of her loved ones including their fans. So, it was hard for the other members of Twice to see their energy bubble so down recently.

Eventually, Jihyo took a stand as the leader of the group and advised everyone to get dressed and give Sana her space. So, off they went to their separate stations; wardrobe change, hair and make-up.

After getting dressed in their stage outfits and spending time in the dressing room together, Sana was feeling better. However, her radiant smile and shining eyes were still nowhere in sight. But it was an improvement and everyone was grateful for it.

Once they were at the side of the stage, waiting for their turn for the pre-recording, Tzuyu watched in interest as Chaeyoung helped fix Dahyun’s mic that was somewhat causing her hair to tangle. Behind them, Tzuyu could hear Fancy being sung by Mina but she couldn’t really make out the words since Jihyo and Jeongyeon were speaking loudly not far away as well. Not wanting to eavesdrop, Tzuyu successfully tuned out the voices and focused on the sight in front of her instead.

Sana was in front of her in between Nayeon and Momo who were more than ready to provide emotional and physical support should Sana need it. Tzuyu felt herself smiling softly. She was extremely thankful for the two. Tzuyu’s not the best with emotions- she herself is still growing and figuring her own emotions out. When she and Sana started dating, it was apparent that Sana was the more reliable one when it came to these things. And even though she tried her best, Tzuyu knew it wasn’t her field. Not yet, anyway. That’s why she has no problem taking a step back and letting Nayeon and Momo take the lead.

Nayeon’s image had never been a straight forward thing. Many don’t know how well Nayeon takes her place as the oldest of the group. She leads, guides and protects all the girls the best way she can. Even though she was loud and goofy by nature, Nayeon had often showed her serious and reliable sides when it came to the girls. No outside person could really understand how much the younger girls look up to Nayeon.

On the other hand, Momo and Sana were best friends. A lot of teasing and banter goes on between them but at the end of the day, it’s plain to see how important they are to each other and how much they seek comfort in each other too. Tzuyu was thankful that the two older members were very attentive and sensitive towards Sana’s situation and did absolutely everything to support her.

Wanting to provide some sort of comfort to her girlfriend as well, Tzuyu reached out her arm almost hesitantly. She caught Sana’s attention when her hand made contact with the older girl’s arm causing Sana to turn her head to Tzuyu. Tzuyu smiled and let her hand slip down Sana’s arm to her hand. Not wanting to ruin the subtle yet sweet moment, Sana turned back to look forward but kept Tzuyu’s hand in hers. She intertwined their fingers and gave the younger girl’s hand an appreciative squeeze as they continued to wait for their turn on stage.

A few hours later, the girls were back in the comfort of their dorm. It had been a long day filled with events and also rehearsals for their upcoming world tour. They were thankful for each moment they had to rest. Sana especially was thankful to be indoors again and away from the eyes of the public. She didn’t like the way she had been feeling for the past few days but like Dahyun always said, this too shall pass.

After she had taken a shower, Sana decided to clean her side of the room up. She had a few pair of t-shirts and pants hung on a chair by her bed as a result in finding her favourite pair from a few days back. Mentally scolding herself for being messy, Sana proceeded to fold the clothes one by one to keep.

Sana had just placed the clothes neatly back into her drawer when a knock on the room door was heard. Sana spun around and saw Tzuyu’s kind but almost hesitant smile as the younger girl stood awkwardly by the open door.

Sana gestured Tzuyu to come in and let out a soft smile as Tzuyu took wide strides her way, “Hey”

Tzuyu replied the older girl’s greeting with a loving smile before wrapping her strong arms around Sana’s body which Sana happily reciprocated. It had been a rough few days for the Osaka
