A/N: So, I found this is my drafts- completed yet it was sitting pretty and I wondered why I never published this. I guess at the time, I thought that it wasn't much of a storyline but now I think that despite that- I still want to share this with you all. I hope you like it. The story takes place around ISAC 2018 where Sana wasn't well :( I remember being so concerned but I'm glad it wasn't anything too serious. Again, please enjoy! "Girls, we need to be respectful of the hospital, arasso?" Jihyo called out as the 8 girls made their way from their vans to the entrance of the hospital.

One would think that the leader had set the reminder for the younger members to take note but in all honesty, it was Nayeon and Momo Jihyo was worried about. The two members of the unnie line were shamelessly loud at times but of course they mean no harm and have the purest of intentions.

"Nae!"

Due to Twice's high profile, Sana was placed in one of the VIP hospital suites.  

"Satang?" Mina called out softly upon opening the door to the Japanese girl's room. The squirrel like girl was lying on the bed, keeping herself busy watching a Japanese comedy show on her phone based on the what could faintly be heard through the phone speakers. Her head instantly snapped up upon hearing the familiar call from Mina.

"Oh?" Sana let out a surprised sound after seeing 8 heads peering in at her door. She beckon the girls to enter which they happily obliged. Sana's eyes lit up as she watched her group members enter her room. 

"You all came." She stated, readjusting herself on the bed before her hands wander around on the bed, looking for remote to incline her body.

Sana stopped her wandering hands once Mina waved the remote infront of her with her famous gummy grin before pressing the incline button for the sick girl. 

"How are you feeling, unnie?" Jihyo asked.

"Better." Sana smiled.

Jihyo tapped the older girl's thigh gently and smiled. She was thankful that it was nothing too serious.

"You scared me!" Chaeyoung whined cutely as flopped herself on tbe bed and burried her head in Sana's neck.

Sana giggled at the cuteness displayed by Chaeyoung as she wrapped her arms around the latter. Chaeyoung and Dahyun had been the first two to know of Sana's condition. Although the older member had always been clingy and overly affectionate, there was just something about the way she came and laid herself on Chaeyoung's lap that caught their attention. Chaeyoung also had noticed how her face was pale in comparison to how she was a few hours prior and kept asking the older girl if she was fine.

Sana had insisted time and time again that she was just fine- "Just tired." she said.

However, Chaeyoung's presistance and with help from Dahyun in fussing over the older girl's condition, Sana finally came clean and admitted that her stomach was hurting which caused the younger girls to inform Jihyo who then informed their manager who- with no hesitation dragged the Japanese idol's  to the medical tent to get checked up.

"Sorry Chaengieee" Sana apologised before she placed a kiss on top of Chaeyoung's head. 

Once Chaeyoung pulled away, Momo was gently pushed forward by Mina with an encouraging smile and Momo nervously came closer to Sana with her hands behind her back.

"Tadaaaa!" Momo pulled her surprise for Sana from behind her back.

"Bearing!" Sana exclaimed, immediately reaching out for the stuffed animal. She cuddled it for a short moment before looking back up to Momo, eyes wide open. "But why?"

Sana had a habit of stealing everyone else's stuffed animal when and if she was bored and wanted to play with it but Momo was always strict when it came to Bearing. She would never let Sana take the stuffed animal out of her sight even when the latter had beg to have it for a moment.

"I just thought you'd want to borrow him for your stay. I know it's only one night and you might not need him but Bearing misses you and just wants to be with you tonight." Momo replied, awkwardly trying to avoid eye contact with her best friend. She heard everyone 'awww' at her actions and felt heat rising to her cheeks.

"Gomawo! Momoring saranghae!" Sana said, voice as affectionate as ever.

"Nado saranghae" Momo mumbled back before blinking away sudden eye sweats.

"Yah don't cry!" Sana exclaimed. 

"Aniya. As if I would cry over you!" The Japanese exclaimed.

"My Momoring loves me." Sana cooed as she shot 

"Whatever Sana." Momo retorted.

Momo stepped back to the side and burried her face in Mina's shoulder out of embarrassment- not being use to being sweet to her other Japanese companion. Mina giggled and patted the older Japanese's head- telling her she did a good job before directing her attention to Sana again.

Sana tucked Bearing safely on the left side of her bed. Momo was quick to rush over to the other side to pull up the bed bar to ensure Bearing didn't fall off, causing Sana to roll her eyes playfully.

Sana and the girls chatted for a while longer. They mostly filled her in on all she missed during ISAC after she had to leave. Sana listened intently to all the stories her groupmates told her. She was thankful during moments like these- she realised just how strong of a support system she truly had.

After a while, their manager came in and gave them an apolagetic smile. Seeing that smile ever so often, the girls understood immediately and got ready to leave- each one gave Sana a hug and told her to rest well.

"Be good." Mina whispered as she hugged Sana.

After pulling away, Mina glanced over to where the youngest member was currently standing at the edge of Sana's bed. "Take care of Sana, Tzuyu ah"

Sana's eyes darted towards Tzuyu and she tilted her head, confused and surprised at what Mina had said to the younger girl. Was Tzuyu not going home?

As if reading the older girl's mind, Tzuyu faced Sana after giving Mina a nod, and shook her head gently- a nano scale smile playing on her lips. That alone was enough to make a huge grin appear across the Japanese's face.

Jihyo, as usual, was the last one out the door. She turned back arou
