While Seungwan kept looking at Joohyun walking away, Seulgi came from behind and turned to her

“ Do something. Explain to her ”

“ Explain what? ”

“ You still don’t know why she’s being like that? ”

“ What are you talking about? ”

“ So she haven’t told you. So that night when you was talking to your old friend, she saw it ”

Seungwan thought for a moment, still tried to figure out

“ You mean two days ago?? Goshhh now I know ”

Then Seungwan followed Seulgi to her room. Seungwan sat in living room and waited while Seulgi knocking Joohyun’s door

“ Hey! Seungwan is here. She wanna talk to you. Can you come out? ”

“ Joohyun? ”

Seulgi kept knocking but there’s still only silence. She turned to Seungwan and shaked her head to signal that maybe not this time

Seungwan also came to Joohyun’s door and said through it

“ Joohyun ahh it’s not like what you think. Can we meet tmr? I’ll explain everything. For now rest well and sleep tight. I love you ”

Then Seungwan left with a sigh. Seulgi also wished she could do something to help them but she could just sigh too

“ Why couples always fight with silly things like this? Can’t understand at all ”

A few minutes later Joohyun stepped out and came to the living room. Seulgi only looked at her without saying anything as she knew she gonna be scoled if she asked any questions.

Joohyun was dazed for a moment, she sighed then turned to her friend

“ You’re not hungry? ”

“ Ofc I am. Don’t you see I’m wating for you to ask ”

“ Let’s go ”

Then they moved to the cafeteria.

As soon as they sat down, they saw Yeri walking toward

“ Hey Yerim here ”

Though surprised Yeri picked up her food then came and sat with them

“ I thought you guys ate already. Why eat so late ”

“ I wanna eat early too you know. But how about you and where is Seungwan? ”

“ She said she didn’t want to eat so.. ”

Upon hearing this, Joohyun stopped for a little bit. Seulgi also signaled to Yeri the situation. Although Joohyun hadn’t finished her dish yet, she just left them and went back to the room.

When she arrived, she saw Seungwan standing in front of the door and hestiated to knock. At the same time, Seungwan turned and see her coming.

“ Why you here ”

“ I…I…Can we talk about it? I can’t stand anymore. I don’t want us to be like this ”

“ About what? ” - Actually Joohyun was sad, but she also missed Seungwan

“ About that night. We were just happy about hanging out with our old friends. That’s all ”

“ You guys even hung out? ”

“ No no no. Not like what you think. We gathered with our classmates because she had to go back to America ”

Joohyun didn’t say anything back, she just looked at the person in front

“ And she just flew back this morning. We even talked about you ”

“ About me? ”

“ Uhmm. She asked me about my girlfriend ”

“ And? ” - Hearing that, Joohyun was a little bit happy but she tried to hold back

“ And ofc I told her about you ”

Joohyun looked deeper into Seungwan’s eyes, eyes that filled with sincerity. Seeing the opposite person was no longer mad, Seungwan took one step closer and held her hand

“ We’re really just friends now. Please trust me ”

Joohyun finally couldn’t hold it anymore but smiled

“ But can you say it again what you just said earlier in front of my door? ”

“ Hmm? You mean rest well and sleep tight?? ”

“ No babo. After that ”

Seungwan thought for a moment then she smiled as realizing

“ I love you ” – she said with a warm voice

And although Joohyun was the one who suggested it, she was a little bit shy. Suddenly Seungwan rushed forward and gave her a hug while saying it again

“ Bae Joohyun I love you ”

Joohyun happily hugged her back.

“ I love you too Wan and I’m sorry ”

“ For what? ”

“ For being jealous ”

“ No. It was my fault for not telling you earlier. It won’t happen again. I promise ”

And that’s how they first said the word “ love ” and they just stood there feeling the warmth of each other while Seulgi and Yeri watched them from a far

“ What is this? We just worry too much, don’t we? ”

“ I think so. We even made a plan ”

“ Next time just leave them alone ”

“ Agree ”

And then Seulgi and Yeri had to leave to somewhere for the couple’s private space

Seungwan kissed her forehead before she went in

Thinking of it, if Seungwan didn’t wait for her in front of the door, we wouldn’t  know how long they would be like that.

Since then, they have felt each other's feelings more and more. Whenever Joohyun looked at Seungwan, she always smiled and thought it was lucky that she had her.
