They sit on the bench nearby while chatting

“ How have you been? ~ ” – Sejeong looked at the person next to her with a smile

“ Not so bad. How about you? I’m really surprised to see you back ”

“ Up to now, everything is great. It’s been 2 years already, right? ”

“ More than that. But why are you here? ”

“ I’m taking a little break so.. ”

“ Oh! So how long you gonna stay? ”

“ A week I guess. It’s good to see you again Wan ”

“ Me too. You’re still the same ”

“ You too. But I think you’ve changed your number, I couldn’t call you so I have to ask other classmate about your univ ”

“ Ah yes I’ve changed it. Here I’ll give you a new one ”

They just talked for a few words more then Sejeong had to leave and also Seungwan had to go back to study.

Seungwan returned to the library with a cheerful face as she finally met her old friend. Seeing Seungwan like that, Joohyun felt something uncomfortable. And that’s why she was silent while everyone was not.

Like usual, Seungwan and Joohyun walked back to the dorm together but the atmosphere today was so different.

“ Are you tired? Haven’t seen you talk much ”

“ Little bit ”

When they arrived in front of Joohyun's room, Seungwan turned to her, looking worried

“ Sleep early today. If you feel something strange, tell me right away okay? ”

Joohyun didn’t  say anything back just nodded. Seungwang looked at her waiting for her to go in

“ Who’s that girl? ” – Joohyun suddenly turned to asked when she was about to go inside

“ Hmm? You mean this afternoon? ”

“ Uhm ” – Although already knowing the answer, she still wanted to hear it from Seungwan

Seungwan hesitated for a moment

“ It’s not that I don’t want to tell you but promise me you won’t think differently when I say it, okay? ”

“ Uhm ”

“ We were close in high school and…I used to like her. But it’s “used to”, we’re just friends now ”

Joohyun's discomfort subsided a little as Seungwan honestly told her

Realizing something, Seungwan rushed forward and give a tight hug to her girlfriend

“ If that is what’s mattering you then don’t worry, you’re the one I like now. You just have to know that ” – Seungwan said with a warm voice while Joohyun’s hair

Irene finally smiled comfortably.

That night, Seungwan can’t stop blaming herself for being a little indifferent to Joohyun. While Joohyun happily thought about what Seungwan had said to comfort her.

Everyone had finished exams for the first three subjects, and there were only two days before they took the last one.

Joohyun and Seulgi studied in the living room together. Suddenly Joohyun grabbed her phone and sent a text to whom everyone already knew

“ What chu doing~ ”

“ Missing you ”

“ Miss you too boo ”

Seeing Joohyun laughed while texting was something that Seulgi was too familiar with. The same with Yeri

Then suddenly Seungwan's phone rang

“ What’s that Sejeong? ”

“ I’m in front of your dorm. Can you come down? ”

“ Oh okay. Waite for me one minute ” – though surprised Seungwan hurriedly left

“ What’s wrong? ”

“ I just luckily gather some of our high school friends. They’re waiting to see you. Can you join us? ”

“ I can only go for 2 hours since I’m studying ”

“ Sure. Let’s go! ”

Thanks to Sejeong, Seungwan was able to meet her old friends again. Together they reviewed the memory of their precious high school years.

Then they were back to the dorm

“ It was so much fun ”

“ Yeah totally ”

“ Oh btw tomorrow I have to fly back to America. Almost forgot to tell you ”

“ I see. Well thank you for the gathering. Let’s meet again someday ”

“ We will. And just so you know, I like you too…”

Seungwan was kinda startled when Sejeong suddenly said that

“ …as a friend ”

“ You just scare me ” - Seungwan felt so relieved

Then they both laughed because of that.'

" Seem like you already have a girlfriend. Who's that? "

" Do you remember the girl with pony tail at library before? "

" Hmmm ah! Ohhhhhh Son Seungwan she's pretty "

" Thank you "

" Excuse me I do not praise you "

They chatted happily before goodbye
 

At the same time Joohyun and Seulgi was at the canteen so they accidentally saw them. Joohyun was just silently watching them smiled at each other while Seulgi tried to comfort her friend

“ I know what you’re thinking but hey they’re friends, you should believe Seungwan ”

“ But I thought she was studying. That’s why I don’t interrupt her and now she’s there talking happily with the one that she used to like.. ” - Joohyun slowly said but somewhat bitter inside.

“ But maybe- ”

“ Let’s go. I don’t want to see it no more ”

Seulgi hadn’t even finished yet Joohyun already left

One day before the last exam, as Seungwan worried that Joohyun might feel stressed, she sent her a text

“ Can I see you for seconds? I have something for ya ”

But 15 minutes then 30 minutes had passed and there was still no reply from Joohyun. Normally Joohyun answered the message very quickly, so Seungwan was a little confused.

“ Maybe she focused on studying ” – Seungwan thought

After 2 hours, the final exam was also finished. Everyone happily walked out the door. As soon as it was done, Seungwan quickly went to find Joohyun who was in the next room.

Joohyun stepped out with an emotionless face then she saw Seungwan was waiting for her. But Joohyun just passed by. Seungwan immediately felt something weird and she ran after her.

“ Hey~ what’s wrong? You didn’t do it well? ” – Seungwan worriedly ask

But Joohyun still didn’t say anything, she kept walking faster to avoid Seungwan

“ It’s okay if you didn’t do well, it’s okayyy ” 

“ I’m tired. Can we talk later? ”

Seungwan didn’t even manage to answer then Joohyun left. Looking at her girlfriend walking away, she wondered what happened because even if Joohyun was not in good mood, she would never talk like that to Seungwan.
