Soojung’s POV

I was just looking at the beautiful scenery in front of me as I waited for Amber. She went with the hotel staff to confirm the booking, while she suggested that I change into a more comfortable clothing.

Aish! Why is she so bothered? It’s not the first time we shared a bed. We used to do it a lot back in high school and college. Well I admit, it started to get awkward with all the rapid beating of my heart and blushes that I couldn’t control.

It’s really hard to be friends with your crush, which later on, became that one person you felt like you want to spend your life with.

Just as I heard the grumbling of my stomach, she appeared in the room, looking a bit exhausted. I then stood up to get a bottle of water and my hanky. I immediately wiped some sweat on her face before handing the bottle of water to her.

“It’s so hot outside! But I prefer this than the freezing weather back in Korea.” She said before opening the bottle of water. “Thanks for this,” she added, pertaining to the refreshment I gave her.

I then checked her back and noticed that her dress shirt was drenched in sweat especially on the back. Instinctively, I put my hand inside her shirt, holding the handkerchief with an intention of wiping the sweat on her back.

She ended up spurting some water upon the contact, causing me to retract my hand to give her back a light tap. Is that a blush or she just really came from outside?

“Y-Yah! Stop that! I-I mean, you don’t have to do that.” She stuttered. *eherm* “I-I’ll just change my clothes. Just wait here, and then let’s have lunch. It’s already late. I know you’re hungry, just as what your stomach screamed a while ago.”

“Yah! That was uncalled for!” I retorted, hitting her playfully on her arm.

After a while, she emerged from the bathroom, wearing a tank top and board shirts. Her top revealed her toned arms and tattoos, making her oozing with iness.
