there may be circumstances where the cats may take a little longer to finish your request. feel free to leave a comment or directly pm kiki (CHROMA) should you have any question pertaining your request. you are also free to contact us for any question!   > do not tell us what we have to do
we're committed to hear and meet what you want (that is what the form is for, in case you're wondering), however, be kindly remided that we are not obliged to exactly follow what you want. hence, do not tell us that "You have to blah-blah" or something along that line which may indicate that you won't allow us enough room for creativity. we have our own approach to the design, and we also may have our own idea as to how the final product will look. throughout the process, we will reach for you for any discussion regarding your request, so let's not behave as if one is in a higher position than the other.   > we have the rights to decline your request
there are certain elements we may find uncomfortable or difficult to work with, so we may reject your form and explain the reason through pm. request from users who are known to be blacklisted by other designers or shops will be rejected as well.   > only published stories/chapter
we only accept request for published stories (for main poster) and chapter (for chapter poster), whether it's subscribers- or members-only. request for drafted as well as invited- or friends-only stories/chapter won't be accepted..   > Let us know when you request

We will ignore those who fail to do so – something as simple as “I have requested!” is enough. accepted requests can be found on the shop's front page; if you couldn't find yours even after informing us regarding your request, message us immediately.
