Jennie pov

Ugh. Class. It was just a typical morning of school...again. I in the classroom, class hadn't started. I was on instagram, I just posted a photo and my phone was blowing up with likes, comments and ocasional dm’s. I was used to it, not that I was a snob or anything but I was a small gig part time model so I guess people liked me.

3er person pov

People would confess to her but she would reject people in the kindest way she could think possible. Jennie Kim liked what she liked, so when she did like someone she wouldn't wait for them to confess. She would go towards them. Make the first move. There was a commotion in the hallway, people were gathered together, but the ball rang indicating the start of class. One of the people gathered happened to be in her class and happened to be her friend

“Hey Jisoo, what was that all about in the hallway back there”

“Oh hey Jen. Oh you have to see her, some new girl transferred here this morning and she’s gorgeous”

“Jen wanna have lunch with us? Joy, Dooyeon and me are gonna see if we spot the new girl” said Jisoo

After eating lunch together, they had no luck in finding the new girl

“Welp it's just your luck Jennie” said Joy “I guess you’ll have to see the new girl some other time

The bell rang and so the school day finally ended. Jennie was waving goodbye to Jisoo and her other friend Lisa after chatting a bit about the new girl.

“She’s hot” said Lisa

“I mean she is really pretty” said Jisoo

“...and hot” concluded Lisa. They heard a car horn honk at them. Lisa’s mom was there to pick her daughter up and Jisoo was taking a ride with Lisa. So they said their goodbyes until next week. It was friday and Jennie walked to her house since she lives close but she didn't have anything to do. On days like this she would hang out with friends until she had no other choice than to walk home. Jennie was fairly popular among the students, she knew everyone and she hated being cooped up at home. She was a people person and she prefered hanging out with people face to face

She met with Suhyun, captain of the chess team, and last group to leave the school. The girls have been friends since freshman year all the way ‘till now

“Hi Suhyun” she said greeting the girl with a hug

“Hey Jen, I wanted to introduce you to the latest member of the team but I guess she fell behind cuz I gotta go. I have tons og homework”

“Latest member? Wow to join now at senior year she must be good”

“She is, anyways I have to go be sure to say hi, she’s really friendly”

“ Ok then, take care” said Jennie as we waved goodbye

“Hi”

Jennie heard a voice that felt like music to her ears. She turned around  and her eyes widened. She caught herself in the act and controlled her facial expressions. ‘So this is the new girl’

“Hi”

“Sorry I overheard you talking with Suhyun” she said as she extended her hand. “I’m the one who fell behind”

‘Oh my...she’s beautiful, she’s hot too. Jisoo and Lisa weren't kidding’

“I’m Jennie Kim and you're pretty” she said while shaking her hand

“Well actually I’m Park Chaeyoung” she said while blushing “but you can call me Rosé and you’re pretty good looking yourself”

“I know this might be a little straightforward but...are you free this evening”

“Are you asking me on a date miss Jennie Kim”

“I am” she said smiling

“Confident. I like that”

“If you're interested I know a great cafe nearby that has great tiramisu”

“I love tiramisu!”

“Is that a yes?”

“Yes”

“Confident. I like that”
