(death& miracles)

Kyuhyun’s life, as a member of Super Junior had become easier. He didn’t feel complete acceptance, but he felt at least content. It was a first step, after all.

19^th April of 2007 and everything had happened too fast.

There was blood and darkness everywhere and Kyuhyun thought that this was it.

Blackness.

[…]

The rest of the members of Super Junior were devastated. Their leader was in a pretty bad condition and their maknae was dying.

The accident was the moment they finally realized that they had never fully acknowledged Kyuhyun; that they had never fully accepted him. And they felt stupid.

That was the moment they promised that if the maknae ever woke up from his coma, they would treasure him, because Cho Kyuhyun is a little miracle and they should have realized that sooner; way sooner.

“Don’t take his voice away from him!” Kyuhyun’s father almost screamed. “It’s the only thing he lives for… Don’t take his life away from him…”

It was a simple plea.

The members that were present felt their hearts clenching.

“You have to understand, Mr. Cho that this is the only way for your son to live.” The doctor tried to reason, but Kyuhyun’s father was adamant.

“And I am telling you to find a different way!”

Kyuhyun proved that he is indeed a little miracle, when he woke up from his coma, after receiving a different procedure, that didn’t damage his vocal cords.

The Super Junior members embraced Kyuhyun and they swore to him (and themselves as well) that they would always protect him; always love him.

Kyuhyun realized that year that miracles are stronger than death.
