Heewook drabble
Confessions of a broken heartAt first Heechul wasn’t sure what had woken him up. He could hear the angry rain outside, so he just assumed it was that, shuffled over to his other side and closed his eyes to go back to sleep. Then a lightning flashed over the sky, lighting up his room for a second, followed by the low rumble of thunder and a whimper. He frowned, listened closer and got out of bed to check what it was. As soon as he opened the door he was met by a shaking Ryeowook who stood right outside, seemingly debating whether to knock or not.
“Hey Wook. What’s the matter?” he whispered softly, seeing his dongsaeng’s sleep pale face and wide, frightened eyes. Just then another lightning flashed, followed by a great thunderclap right after, making Ryeowook jump and fling himself into Heechul’s open arms.
“I don’t l-like the storm,” he whimpered, burying in face in Heechul’s neck as the older held him close. “C-can I sleep with you?”
“Only if I get to top,” Heechul chuckled, earning him a low whine and a weak slap from the frightened eternal maknae who did not find his hyung’s joke funny right now. “Come here, Wook,” Heechul said then, leading the shivering maknae to his bed. Once he had managed to get them both down onto the bed without breaking anything, he carefully arranged them so they were both comfortable, Ryeowook pretty much using his hyung as a giant teddy bear. “It’s gonna be okay, Wookie.
