If you ever read this. It must have been hard for you, and I'm so sorry. Remind yourself that it’s alright, that it’s not your fault. It’s a part of you, but you still have control. Just remind yourself of the rainbows, the stars, the moon, the ocean, and even the branches on the trees. It will calm you. Listen to the waves, to music, to the sounds. It’s alright and don’t worry. We will always listen. It’s fine. Really. It’s fine, and don’t stress too much. When it takes over you, just cling to my warmth and remember my hug. Hold on to my string. If you did something wrong. I forgive you. We forgive you. I will always stand by your side. Just. Just don’t leave us yet, don’t go with that part of you yet.
