Aliens Are UsChapter 7 – Friendship
It is a pet owner’s great responsibility to routinely groom their pets, and oh, what a job it is.
Some animals are known to love water as much as an aquatic animal, and some are notorious for their hate for water. There are also owners who love grooming their pets, and there are some who dislikes doing it.
In Han Seul’s case, she loves to groom her pets. On the other hand, not all the pets agree with their master.
“Guys, it’s bath time!”
Three pair of ears perk at this. Donut and Pretzel widened their eyes while Skibbles who was asleep immediately woke up.
Skibbles: You know it’s not for me.
Pretzel: Why not?
Skibbles: I’m not allowed to have baths.
Donut: Filthy
Pretzel: Hey, don’t be so mean to Skibs, he’s—
Donut: I’m talking about you, stink bag.
The animals narrowed their eyes at the grimy furred and foul smelling beagle.
“Pretzel, come on,” Han Seul walked out of the bathroom in search of her dog. “You’ve skipped your turn last time!”
In the speed of light, Pretzel hurried to the sofa and dug on the floor, trying to escape by digging through concrete floor.
“Pretzel? Where are you?”
Donut and Skibbles glanced at each other before the cat showed a glint in its eyes. Pawing on Han Seul’s foot, Donut meowed and turned his face to the show rack at the far edge of the house.
“… Are you on to something, Donut?” Han Seol narrowed her eyes. “Are you telling me to go there?” she frowned at the cat that kept meowing at her.
Following the cat in front of her, Han Seul felt slightly like an idiot until the cat sat down in front of the shoe rack, looking at a certain red, shaking box that also emitted the sound of a dog panting. It also smells just like a certain mutt that hasn’t bathed for a few weeks.
Well, that’s Pretzel alright.
Donut: Goodbye, dog
“Pretzel,”
The box visibly stopped shaking.
“… Oh, Pretzel,”
