The time when Eunhye and Eric ended their relationship...

There was an empty feeling in her heart as she eyed the apartment where she shared a lot of memories with one guy. Kwon Eunhye told herself she wouldn't cry. This was bound to happen. 

Their relationship didn't have a stable foundation to begin with. The two of them were just caught by the whirlwind drama of the Kpop industry that their companies decided to announce that they were dating even though there was no relationship between the two of them to begin with. They don't even have enough interactions to call each other as acquaintances and suddenly, the news about them dating was released. 

The first time the two of them saw each other was at the hospital. Eunhye was trying to calm herself when the doctor told her that her grandmother's condition is not getting better. The girl hid herself in the emergency stairwell and that was where Eric first saw her. He was also visiting a relative and it has been an unspoken protocol for kpop idols to use the emergency exit when leaving the hospital to avoid sudden ruckus with their fans. He didn't ask her why she was crying. He didn't even talk to her. He gave her a handkerchief before saying that it was okay to cry. 

His words were ringing inside her head right now. She bit the insides of her cheek to avoid from breaking down. They were just a pretend couple and everybody around them knew about their situation. However, as time passes by, their friends were convinced that their actions were truly genuine and that they really love each other. Eunhye was about to believe it but she knew she still has leftover feelings for Yoongi. The girl was also aware that Eric is still hung up with Solar (his virtual ex wife). 

They tried seeing each other. But the two of them were so awkward with each other that they ended up doing their work while being in the same room or car. The next time they had a decent interaction was after Eunhye went to BTS dorm to talk to Yoongi. To explain that her relationship with Eric wasn't real, that it was planned by the UNITE project heads and she didn't have a say on it. Even with all the crying and begging she did to Bang PD-nim, the man told her that his hands were tied and he couldn't do anything to help Eunhye. Eunhye just wanted to explain it to him but Yoongi was convinced that their relationship ended a long time ago and that the possibility of them getting back together will not happen anymore. 

The girl ended up staying outside Bangtan's dorm until morning. It wasn't until Jin called Eric to pick up Eunhye that the girl finally left her spot. They were inside the car when Eric told her that it was okay to cry. Eunhye found it ironic that Eric was always there whenever she's breaking down. Months passed and Eric became her rock. At the same time, Eunhye became his anchor. They were there for each other despite knowing that the other person wouldn't love them the same way they've loved another person. The two were okay with that but that's the problem with their relationship.
